Jenny is a genius! Love love love my new brows! Never had them done professionally and wow what a difference they made ❤ Jenny is absolutely lovely. Very professional, exceptionally skilled and provides a fantastic customer experience from start to finish. Absolutely no pain or discomfort. No problems - just perfect, beautiful, professional brows. She explains everything clearly and shows you the results as a work in progress so you can be happy with every step. Would even say it's quite relaxing! Can't recommend Jenny enough. Took years off me in a morning! Thanks again and looking forward to return visits xx

I’ve visited Betty Crowson (Jenny) for over 10 years for a variety of treatments. It started with nails and then I saw her work on eyebrows and I regularly had them tinted and waxed. Jenny is the only person who I would trust to touch my eyebrows. I went for it and let her make them permanent around 2 weeks ago! I had ombré brow and I absolutely love them, I have received so many compliments on how good they look and it saves me so much time in the mornings. I’ve referred so many of my friends to Jenny as she’s the best!

Jenny at Betty Crowson is an amazing beautician. Her gel manicures are really high quality. She has lots of colours to choose from and offers really detailed and beautiful nail art and finishes. Jenny also offers a range of lash and brow treatments which are long lasting and she is extremely precise with her treatments and makes suggestions to help you choose the best option. I have also had my brows done with her digital tattooing/semi-permanent makeup- I cannot explain how amazing they are and how pleased I am with them. An absolute game-changer (to use her words). Extremely natural and she really takes her time to make sure the shape is perfect and the correct colour is used. I cannot rate Jenny enough. She has a lovely work space in a beautiful home. Absolutely lovely lady who takes great pride in her work!!

Amazing transformation on my brows! After leaving them to grow for 6 weeks they were quite hairy scary! But now they look fantastic. I had a tint and wax/reshape. Looking forward to my next appt ☺

Jenny is incredible at what she does. She's a perfectionist about her work, so you always know that she will do absolutely everything she can to make sure you get the best possible result. Recently, I had my lips and eyeliner tattooed by Jenny and the outcome was better than I could have imagined. The eyeliner adds a little something to my eyes and means I don't have to put it on myself every day. My lips are something else. I had a subtle colour, so it's not something I notice all the time, but I keep having days where I ask myself why my lips are looking so good...and then I remember it's thanks to her. As someone who has a lot of scarring from bad skin around my lips as well as a bluish discolouration, having well defined, blush pink lips feels amazing. There's no need to add any lipstick now. A bit of gloss and go! I would recommend Jenny without reservation.
