I had a fantastic hypnotherapy session with Natalie. I was pretty apprehensive about the whole process but Natalie made me feel perfectly comfortable with everything. She was very professional and easy to get along with, providing me with information before the session and following up afterwards. The studio is clean, comfortable and quiet. Would definitely recommend.

A really lovely restful environment. I had a hour hot stone massage with Sylvia which was one of the best I've had. Her calm, professional, friendly manner was soothing and added to the overall positive experience.

I’ve been to Chakra Health and Beauty twice and both times have been incredible. Martine and Sylvia are both amazing massage therapists. The clinic itself is spotless throughout with modern decor. The massage rooms are relaxing, they have calming music/ sounds playing. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are kept warm. Martine and Sylvia are both professional, friendly and polite. They took me through what my massage entailed and ensured I was comfortable throughout. I was very impressed by both of them, I left both times feeling refreshed and relaxed. I felt all tension and stress disappear. I can’t wait to come back for more! I would definitely recommend this clinic. The staff are awesome and the price is amazing for 5* quality treatments.

Excellent, professional service. Felt like I’d been to a 5 star spa. Tillie was recommended and the massage I received was incredible. I suffer terribly with tension in my shoulders and she eliminated all my pain in one session. I wish I lived closer so I could visit on a regular basis.

I recently had past life regression therapy with Natalie, in order to manage a severe and life long phobia. Since my teenage years, I have tried talking and cognitive therapies and used various medications to control/manage symptoms of anxiety and nothing worked... until I spent an hour and a half with Natalie! She has literally changed my life as I can now go places and experience things which before were nigh on impossible. Natalie is incredibly warm, caring, emphatic and professional - she completely understands the challenges and stigmas affecting people who live with mental health conditions but she also bonds with and values the individual (not just the condition they live with). Chakra rooms are clean and beautifully presented and the staff are welcoming. I seriously cannot recommend Natalie enough.

Very professional massage, Was with tillie, everything was perfect and she was very kind, my only issue was that my massage wasn't really a full body massage, it's states you'll have your abdomin massaged, which I did not receive, I asked if she could focus on my legs, she said yes but then only massaged my calfs, I was told that thighs are only massaged in a hot stone massage? Is this true? She was very sweet and i had my eybrows massaged for the first time ever lol everything else was great just feel a little disappointed as it wasnt as advertised

Warm welcome. My therapist Gemma was very friendly, attentitive. She talked me through the treatments that my partner had booked for me. It was a truly enjoyable, stress free, relaxing morning. Went here today for a well needed back neck Shoulder and head massarge buy the lovely Sylvia and I just have to say it was absolutely amazing cannot recommend enough she was so lovely took her time and done exactly what I asked for and more well worth the price will definitely be going back. The clinic is so professional too the staff are all so lovely and welcoming too And although there super busy they still take the time too make sure everyone is made two feel so relaxed.

The most professional massage experience I have ever received. I am really, really pleased. I have been struggling with pain for too long, no-one could tell me the source of the problem. It took Sylvia a few minutes to point out what the origin of my pain was. I cannot recommend her enough.

Had a great facial with Tilly (my first time having one anywhere) this week. She’s training at the moment but I felt it was really professional and relaxing. The quality of products used was high and I recommended Chakras afterwards to a friend who booked a facial the next day. Both of our skin looked visibly much better, in my friend’s words “amazing.” Skin still feels great a couple of days later. V lucky to get the training price this time but I’d certainly get a facial done again in future when I’m in Plymouth again.

I am not one to often write reviews but Martine and her crews excellent and professional approach deserves full praise. It's been a very stressful year juggling work and a Royal Marine application. Keeping niggles and injuries at bay has been a continuous struggle and I found huge difficulty in finding someone experienced enough to keep my body ticking by. I can say with full confidence that I have only got into the fortunate position I am in now because of the brilliant sports and deep tissue massages from Chakra. There are a lot of clowns out there, these guys could not come more recommended! I've been a returning client for the past 6 months and will continue to keep coming back!

Fit me in after calling early in the morning that day. Long drives/walks on a road/hiking trip called for a nice long massage. Monika did techniques I’d never had before (been seeing massage therapists for 4+ years) and she was incredible. Way underpriced amazing value for a 90 min massage too, £47 I think. There are a range of treatments available but I can certainly recommend the Oriental face massage, Thai foot massage and Luxury full body massage - I was in heaven for two hours.
