Absolutely loved my experiences at The face queen! Lisa is sooo lovely and does the best work! Had my lips done twice with Lisa and both times I have been very happy with results! She really cares about her clients and takes her time to do such amazing work, my lips are transformed 😍 would 100% recommend especially if you haven't had them done before and are worried/ nervous and her methods are very low pain xx

I came to Lisa for my first ever botox treatment upon reccomendation. From the first point of contact she has been quick to reply and very professional. During consultation she explained the procedure in great detail and discussed what outcome I was hoping to achieve. On the day of treatment Lisa explained everything she was doing step by step, constantly checking that I was feeling ok. I felt very relaxed and in safe hands. I am thrilled with the outcome and will absolutely be a returning customer. Very friendly, very professional and 100% reccomend.

I’ve been today for a PRP treatment and Lisa is amazing. She talked me through everything and made sure I understood what the treatment was. She used numbing cream on my face and still checked multiple times that I was fine. I was fine the entire way through, I didn’t feel a thing and found it really relaxing actually. I can’t wait to see how my skin looks in a couple of days and I’ll definitely be visiting again!

I booked Lisa for Botox through the recommendation of my salon and I could not be more pleased with the results. The clinic is spotless and the service was impeccable. I recently had the GOLDLUXE Facial by Lisa and my skin has never looked or felt so amazing. From the moment I arrived at the salon Lisa made me feel so welcome and relaxed. Lisa talked me through every step so I knew exactly what was happening. Numbing cream was applied and so what I expected to feel a little uncomfortable actually felt therapeutic and relaxing! Even the aftercare was second to none, Lisa messaged me out of the blue a few days later just to see how my skin was feeling and if I had any concerns?!? I would definitely recommend Lisa and the GOLDLUXE Facial, I already have my next facial booked in and I’m going to keep going to see her on a regular basis to keep my skin looking and feeling youthful.
