K. R.Went to the salon to get my current gels removed and just plain to be added. The service wasn't the best as felt like I was a hindrance to them. Was happy enough with my nails until I got to the car a realised that at least four of them were bleeding which never happens and are still a little sore today. One nail has also chipped with only having them done yesterday!

She’s does lovely work, my nails are always perfectly done and her nail art is so clever and beautiful. You can really see how hard she has worked on her skills and she always does a wonderful job. Could not be happier with my experiences here, and would never think of going to anyone else for my nails!

I booked and appointment and I got Gheeta, I have since then visiting approximately every 5 weeks and always book with her. She clearly knows what she is doing, she is professional and is she quick which is a blessing when you have your bikini waxed. Just prepaid for 5 more sessions. Highly recommended and if unsure get Gheeta!
S. P.First time here. Eve was great and did a lovely job with my nails. She gave advice on what colour to have ensuring I was happy with the choice and carefully made sure each nail was the same shape and length. Only negative is that the estimated time on appointments when you book online is misleading so was there longer than anticipated but that is no reflection on Eve who was very professional.

Always struggled to find somewhere that uses high quality, non damaging products, but that was able to do really stand out arty nails. Give yourself plenty of time as without metal drills sometimes the process can take a while but 100% worth it.

N. W.Zuzana is a Star! I have been coming to Lashious (in particular Zuzana) for just over a year now for a Gel Polish Manicure approx. every 2 weeks.
The salon offers block-bookings for nearly all treatments which means you save money and by paying upfront coming to the salon always feels like a treat after a busy day at work. All the staff are very welcoming, friendly and professional. Zuzana is so lovely and knowledgeable, my nails have never looked better! She takes her time making sure you are happy with your colour choice, her filing is absolutely perfect and all in all she really cares about her customers - wanting them to have a great experience ensuring we have fabulous looking and lost lasting nails. I can't recommend her enough and definitely wouldn't go anywhere else!!

One never feels rushed and the effects last a long time! They don't do a bad job with eyebrows neither what can I say! The 5 stars in total are because they do take hygiene seriously which I have noticed not all salons do.

Which impressed me as it’s tricky to do. I paid £62 for acrylics and gel finish which is a little steep but it’s a professional place and the staff are definitely skilled in what they do. Will most probably go back for infills!

C.Great Salon, lovely manager! had my eyebrows threaded, done amazingly as always. i had acrylic nails (which were done somewhere else) removed also due to one breaking because i got it caught betwen two surfboards, so was sore and the lady took good care of my nails and brought them nack to life. people say there is a chemical smell, there is, but it is a beauty salon, they can't really help it. overall would recommend!

K. S.I've been coming to have my nails done by Sarai and Zuzana since 2012 and although we now live outside of Reading, I still drive the 30 minutes it takes to come back into the town every 3-4 weeks.
Why?
Because I've never had a bad manicure or pedicure in all of those 6 years!
I was a prolific nail biter into my thirties and had never had a manicure.
Over time - including my wedding manicure in July 2013 - the ongoing treatment of them by these two lovely ladies, has ensured that my nails are strong, healthy and presentable at all times.
I can't rate Zuzana and Sarai enough and am happy to prove that I am a genuine customer of Lashious if needs be....as some of the earlier Google reviews are not from registered customers and are in fact blatantly fake.
Try Lashious in Reading's Oracle Centre...you won't be disappointed, I promise! :-)

Initially, the first few sessions were good, but it was always rushed and they never really ask me for my preferences or anything.
However, Zen is by far the best and I was so happy with how she shaped my brows. She really takes her time and listens to my preferences. She shaped my brows nicely and it really complemented my face. Because she didn’t rush, the final result is very neat and clean and have no stray hairs lingering around. Usually from previous sessions, I have to go over certain areas with a tweezer because there were some hairs left. I took note of her name so that I can have her to do my brows again for future sessions
Brow threading area is a bit messy with loose brow hairs all over the counter but I understand why, especially after a long day with a lot of customers. I don’t mind it but should be improved.

S. S.I have been a Lashious customer for over 4 years and my first choice is Zusanna. Not only do I get a great manicure which lasts, we have a lovely catch up. I always feel relaxed and confident that I'm getting value for money. Zusanna is kind and thoughtful and completely professional, she is the reason I keep going back.
M.I’ve been coming here years for eyebrow threading and tint, and I’m generally happy with the record. However, I must express my disappointed with my eyebrow tint and tidy up today. My brows looked twice as thick due to the tint being applied so generously to the skin outside my brow hairs. This was such a shock as I caught a glimpse of myself in a mirror in a store within the Oracle. Very unnatural! I purchased a pack of makeup wipes to try and remove the unnecessary excess tint.
Please train your staff to ask clients if they want a tint that gives a false brow shape (skin over and under the hairs) or a natural tint on the hairs of the brow only (not excessively on the skin over and above the brow hairs).
I will most definitely advise the technician on my next visit.

N.I'm very happy with service and also price, but was there this Wednesday and however the manager on the day was not just bothered about wearing face mask when passing customers who had treatment with their artist... But snort snorted big tissue and walking from till to table's, door to stuff room back to shop moving chairs an other not used stuff which girls was wiped, cleaned, desinficated for next customers to be safe because of covid19!!!; I guess this manager need to be reminded of reality of covid19 and the hygiene which have to be follow however this things it's basic anyway - catch it...bin it...kill it, but please don't kill everyone around!! It's also disgusting to walk around the shop sneezing, blowing nose and snort snorted tissue at least for hour God know how long before I came there.. this shop it's great place with very talented artists and just because one manager on one day it's disrespectful to everyone else around her, I think if she don't give monkeys about her self she should stay at home and not put others to potentional dangerous!!! She obviously need gp attention, advice about basic hygiene and covid19 however she's manager. It's making me to worry and frustrating how all of the people do and follow guidelines and some just distroying. Hope it'll change 🤔 and we won't have to be in the shop and get treatments which we all need and love to have done 😍

C.this place is amazinggg, i recommend each and everyone of you to go to lashious because the way they do your eyebrows (threading) is sooo good and precise unlike this place called ‘belleza beauty’ that’s around the oracle because when i went to belleza and got my eyebrows threaded the woman who did them kept speaking to her colleagues while doing them and was a bit ignorant ngl and one of my eyebrows were thinner than the other like the other eyebrow was perfect but the other one was the complete opposite. but ever since i’ve been to lashious my eyebrows have always been amazing and always liked what they looked ❤️

H.Today my colleague accidentally ripped s&s acrylic overlay by accident and it ripped down into the flesh itself and there was blood so we needed a rescue service quick so we popped in to the reading store and one of their staff did an excellent emergency totally free of charge treatment to prevent further damage to my colleagues already very painful and bleeding finger nail I was totally impressed that they didn't even charged for that that we left the store at 13:50
