d. l.Had a voucher brought for me for Christmas. One hour pamper. I was able to book 2 30monite treatments this included facial and a head/neck and shoulder massage.
Intially booking through the phone ( which I must add I don't think is this store them self and is done via another store or owner?) didn't initially book my first appointment and received no confirmation but upon myself double checking the day before the booking discovered this early so they rebooked for earlier the same day.
In the store I was greeted by seema, very relaxed asked to fill in a form/ easy enough. Then was my treatments first thw facial followed by massage. Really enjoyed my treatments, seema was lovely very well spoken and made me feel relaxed. Enjoyed that I have re booked again. (insotre this time though 😊) Thank you kindly!

It's beautiful, clean and very welcoming.
The central Southampton location makes it easy to find. Close to lots of venues for lunch and a great opportunity to shop.
We have three treatments each time
and I must say the technique differs from beautician to beautician. So if you visit and really enjoy the facial or massage from one of the ladies it would be worth asking for them by name next time you visit.
F. S.I got my eyebrows threaded by wonderful staff Preet! I never trust anyone when it comes to my eyebrows but I completely trust her with my eyebrows and she has done an amazing job. Also the rest of the staff are so welcoming and lovely people. I definitely recommend Beauty Lounge to everyone! I can't wait for my next visit. Xx
