Initially intended to have a Hollywood wax, however with me being pregnant jordana explained the risks to me and we agreed that it wouldn’t be worth it. Jordana went out of her way to still help even though she didn’t have to, even shown my husband how to shave me down there. Couldn’t fault the place

After not having had any 'downstairs' waxing done in a few years, I definitely threw myself in the deep end with a Hollywood. I was made to feel extremely comfortable from the outset. Jordana took the time to explain the process, aftercare, and even advised that I changed my hot wax appointment to a warm wax one - obviously I was going to heed the advice of a pro when it comes to my 'bits'! Although waxing is never going to be painless, it was speedy and definitely less painful than I was preparing for. I do have a bunch of stubborn hairs leftover that must have broken during the process, but nothing a pair of tweezers and reading glasses can't sort out! I will definitely be rebooking in a few weeks :)

After not having an intimate wax done for a few years I was quite nervous to book in for a Brazilian. From the moment I walked in Jordana made me feel so comfortable! She made me feel so at ease and we were both laughing throughout the wax, so much so that I didn’t really notice the pain as I was so distracted. Absolutely superior experinece! One of the best I have ever had! The environment was clean and COVID- 19 safe. I did not feel any pain, we were talking the whole time! I’ve been coming to Jordana now for 3 years and haven’t touched a razor since! (Maybe some clippers throughout lockdown 😅) she is the queen of Bald Pum Pums! Getting waxed isn’t usually pleasant for us girlies but Jordana keeps you laughing the whole way through, she always has a smile beaming on her face and makes you feel so comfortable and at ease.. even whilst your hair is being ripped out! 😂 she is the only person I’ve been waxed by who gives you advice on aftercare and the things you should avoid afterwards (a lot of other places just send you on your way to use google for help). I’d rather grow dreadlocks downstairs than go to someone else now! Couldn’t recommend enough ☺️

Lovely atmosphere, the lady was very nice, she made me laugh and relax. I will go back again as it has been the best experience at a waxing salon. I'm only not giving 5 stars because I still had a few to hairs left which I had to fix at home but that has always happened at every place I have ever been. Perhaps perfection is hard to find.
