Brilliant service with amazing technicians, always willing to talk through your design ideas and advise you on how to achieve the look you want so that it will work best with your life style. Tam is always my personal favourite.

The staff are very friendly. They are true artists and gave there own flair to the work. They are very quick and lovely and chatty. The only critique I have is to spend a few more minutes on touch up of the underside of the nails. But otherwise cannot fault the experience or the business. I think a fair price for the work done. We'll done to the nail tech team.

I honestly can’t say enough about the lovely ladies at Ruby’s they are so accommodating, their service is amazing and the nail art is impeccable. I have been to Ruby’s twice, the first time I didn’t really know what I wanted but told them I was treating myself because it was my hen party the next day. I picked a colour and style and they did the rest. In my second visit I showed them a dress I am to wear to a friends wedding and we matched it by colour and then I was provided with a hand drawn design and gems on top. I highly recommend Ruby’s and will be going back in a few weeks for my wedding nails. Thank you so much ladies.

Very professional. I booked an appointment as my regular salon let me down. I showed the lady a picture of what I wanted and she gave me exactly that. The price was a little high but I would pay it again as I was so happy with the result.

Good experience getting shellac nails, perhaps a little rushed. My tech was patient with me when I accidentally smudged my wet polish and redid the affected nails. However, she finished up pretty quickly and rushed off to do one of her colleague's nails without really checking my nails over. I noticed one was still tacky so I had to ask a different employee to do another top coat, which she happily did. Could have been avoided if my tech had checked before rushing off. I do think charging an extra £2 just because I have long natural nails was a bit uncalled for. Good overall experience though and I would go here again for a special occasion.

I have been coming to this salon for many years. I am happy with my nails each visit. They take really good care of you and they have a modern salon. The staff are very professional and always help me choose a colour. I will keep coming here as i always get compliments on my nails.

Had my nails done 4 Xmas, few days later, 1 broke, went in with no appointment n they fixed my nail straight away, so impressed as they were really busy!!

Turned up the staff were very friendly when explaining they had no space and asked very politely if me and my cousin could go back in an hour. Upon returning the staff gave up an amazing welcome and continued to be polite throughout. During the process of getting our nails done the girls were very polite and talkative showing a nice interest in our day and past nail experiences. After our conversation and when our nails had finished the staff proceeded to use polite and welcoming manners when we were paying. Defo recommend Ruby’s nails and we personally refuse to use any other nail shop!! :)

Had nails done here today for the first time, was unsure to try a new place as I’m usually loyal to another salon. Was pleasantly surprised by the amount of time, care and precision put into my now flawless nails!! Couldn’t be happier, cannot see me using a different salon from now on. They did a great job on my nails, (acrylic with nail art). They make sure you are happy with everything before proceeding. I would go back again. I don't mind that they are brisk and not so chatty or that they speak to each other in a another language. I like that they are professional and to the point. Time management could be better.

Clean and tidy. Friendly staff. I had a bad set of nails done at Venus nails in bitterne, came in without an appointment they did an amazing job and fixed my nails and did a beautiful job. Will be going back here in the future. Only had a simple plain colour done , will try a more complex design next time I visit.

They always do a lovely job and unlike other places when your nail breaks they will fix it without any hassle. Their designs are so much better than other places around town. Definitely one of the best nail salons in Southampton! They've done my nails for every special occasion perfectly!

The nails turned out okay.. considering I always go to nails 2 nails but I have to admit their service is much better whereas in rubys the staff are so clueless and have no idea who they are serving, quite pathetic and had me waiting for ages and people who came later than me got theirs done straight away.
