This was my first visit. As a man there aren’t many places to have an intimate wax. I also don’t like pain! Vicky was welcoming and professional. I also thought the wax was a little less painful than previously experienced. The place is clean, tidy and atmospheric. I will be returning with my wife to try sugaring. Thanks Vicky

I have been coming to Tyme4u for many years, before the shop opened in Rumbridge Street. I have always had top service and treatments. Vicky gives AMAZING massages, she’s an absolute sweetheart too. Hannah has given me genuine expert skin advice in the past and some lovely facials! Can’t wait for reflexology next month. I booked my dad in for a massage for his birthday a few years ago with Vicky and he was really impressed. Comfy chairs to wait on, decorated beautifully without looking too feminine. Would never go anywhere else 😊

As a regular customer, I was delighted to be offered a training day reduced price booking for sugaring (my usual is waxing). Sophie, the trainee aquitted herself impeccably and I was very impressed by her abilities already. Its good to see employees getting on the job training and Hannah the boss gave her suitable advice and assistance while she was working. I cannot praise the firm highly enough and by the way I can recommend sugaring as a very pleasant alternative method as opposed to waxing.

The masseuse was friendly, professional and knowledgeable and it was obvious that she enjoys her work. With clear instructions prior & after treatment I felt so safe and cared for the entire time. The massage was in a lovely warm, well decorated room and the best I have experienced. Together with the hot stones massage, then facial & head massage and products used the bar has been set high. Great salon, all the team are really friendly. I've had a lash lift with Kasia which was so relaxing I nearly fell asleep and my lashes looked amazing afterwards. I came in today very exiting for a full face wax. And when I came out into my car I realised all the hair was still there, I don’t have thick hair but was very insecure about my darker baby hairs on my face, majority of the face hair was still there and the rest was only cut not fully pulled out. I appreciate the refund but I’d like to say If you are aware the hair may be missed due to visors due to Covid, I would be clear to mention before hand as I travelled far and I also now have to go through my wax recovery with lots of hair still on my face :( I appreciate the offer to come back inside to try to sort it out but I was in tears an too nervous to come back in. I have been using the services of this salon for many years now. I have had luxury facials which include a hot stone back massage, and I come away feeling like I have been on a weeks retreat. If you need to de-stress than I highly recommend the luxury facial. My regular treatments are either half or whole leg waxing depending on the time of year or more recently I switched to sugaring always with Hannah the salon owner. The beauticians are all friendly and polite at all times and despite being shy and finding social situations difficult I find Hannah's calm friendly manner calming. The professionalism in the salon is top quality with an easy booking system, all treatments run to time and I'm never short changed on facials or massages, there's no rush to dress afterwards either which would undo the relaxation gained during the massage. The salon is always immaculately clean. I highly recommend Tyme4U to anybody that either wants regular treatments or luxury relaxing treats occassionally.

Tyme4U offers grooming services to men as well as women. Hannah deals with intimate waxing for me and has done for some time. The intimate treatments are never embarrassing and Hannah puts her client completely at his ease. In these more difficult times I have been impressed with how the business has responded to the more tricky requirements needed to provide medical safety to us all. I have no reservations at all in recommending Tyme4U to any man contemplating the undoubted clean feel and neat appearance provided by the removal of unwanted hair.

I visited the salon yesterday on the 18/08. My appointment was on time and all the government guidelines were followed. My appointment was carried out by Vicky who was lovely, gentle and professional at all times. It was the best Hollywood wax I have ever had. The wax that's used in the salon doesn't stick to skin but only to the hair. It was a revelation for my poor soul that's been waxing for 12 years and often left red and bruised with sometimes even the top layer of the skin pulled off. Ouch, right! Didn't experience this at all after my wax. Very, very happy lady! After this, I had an aromatherapy massage and a body scrub which left me feeling relaxed. As a busy mum of two I really needed some tlc after this lockdown nightmare and this did the trick. Top marks! I will be back for my wax in October and I have already recommended this salon to my neighbours.

I have started using the services provided early 2019 and every single time I was impressed with their professional approach, friendliness and cleanliness of the premises. I work for a local home care agency and following an appeal I made on Facebook at the beginning of COVID-19 lockdown for PPE, Hannah stepped in and rallied the support of other local similar settings and secured us with over 30 boxes of gloves and face masks. This was unexpected and much apreciated, as at the time there was no government support. It said a lot about the management of Tyme4U and their commitment to community support.
