I called VIP Salon due to being let down last minute by another salon. Luckily, VIP Salon had had a cancellation and were able to squeeze me in that day. Bobby was very friendly and professional, made me feel comfortable and is the fastest waxer I have had, although still very thorough. I will definitely be returning for regular treatments.

I am a regular user of this salon. I went last Saturday for a facial - making use of a special offer they had for the day. My facial was carried out by Macey who is the salon apprentice. I have nothing but good things to say. Macey is lovely and very professional. I felt totally relaxed throughout my treatment and will definitely return.

Lovely workers, very fast, amazing conversations. Talk to you a lot so definitely keep you entertaining. Offer you tea and coffee. Prices are at a great range. Been there a few times and I am very pleased with the work on my hair.

Have had a number of treatments here over a few years - acrylic nails, massage, eye brow wax and haircuts- would not hesitate to recommend to others, all the the girls are lovely and helpful. For those that have had issues with their acrylics there are a number factors including the oilyness of your nail beds, and the chemicals in any creams/shampoo/ washing up liquid etc that can affect the acrylic so it may be worth looking at these if you try to have them again

I've been coming to this salon for 4 n half years now and the girls have never let me down, it's a perfect little salon with very friendly and welcoming staff that make feel like you're one of them! They do allsorts of treatments, massages, facials, medicare, pedicure, acrylic, gel, waxing, hairdresser etc. I would definitely recommend this salon...I just love it :)

Lovley lady did my eyelashes and nails yesterday she tried to do my eyelashes but unfortunately the cleanser had irritated my eyes no fault of the lady so we dicided to do my nails instead well she used all manual tools which is a bonus I dont like electric tools they ruin the nails the shape fantastic couldnt fault her nails looked brill until a few hrs later the polish started to bubble and peel which I'm now having to repaint like I say lovley lady but maybe somthing wrong with the polish i paid £30 so quite cheap but i wasnt expecting the varnish to bubble and peel I've never seen a varnish do that before .
