Amazing experience from start to finish! A friendly welcome into the modern salon and quickly led to the pedicure seat! This was like being at an expensive spa facility! Richard did my pedicure and this included a foot massage and hot stone experience as well as then an excellent gel colour. I also had nail extensions done and they also look beautiful! Lisa was also a friendly face and very welcoming! This place is 100 times better then anywhere else in Bassett! I will definitely be back!!

Used Bassett Nails and Beauty for the first time today and had a full set of acrylic nails with Gel colour applied by Lisa, i will definitely be returning! The service i received from entering the shop to leaving was second to none, friendly chatty and most importantly great nails! I went here as i know they could help me with what i wanted, i left so happy because they are just what i wanted! i will be going back in 2 weeks for infills and a new colour and i can’t wait! If you want somewhere to use go here! You even get a little hand massage and a hot towel😍 10/10 quality and service💖 Thank you soo much Lisa Xx

11/10 experience. You need to come here. Wonderful members, gave me exactly what I wanted, my nails have never looked so beautiful. Wide range of options from shape, length and colour of nails. Amazing service, you get a lovely hot towel and hand massage as well, I mean 🤩🤩🤩. Will 100% be coming again for a fresh set. I could not fault this service, would recommend to anyone who asks.

Absolutely amazing. So happy again and highly recommend, today was infill day and pedicure which you must do if only to get a go on the massage chair!!! Lisa and Richard are always welcoming and accommodating which I love about them. Ombré nails Lisa taken a pic of them to put on her website. Cannot wait to be back for my next treatments.

Had my nails done this afternoon with Lisa, she was amazing! Lisa and Richard are so lovely they make you feel so welcome and comfortable. I love the added extras like the hot towel and the hand massage, you don’t get that anywhere else. Absolutely in love with my nails and I will 100% be back!!

Oh my goodness what a treat. Had acrylic with diamonds , hand massage and hot towel treatment. Followed by eyebrow shaping, wax and tint. Only £55 for everything. Amazing

Both Richard and his partner are extremely friendly, the powder ombré manicure he does on my nails, is amazing and lasts for a good three weeks and has strengthened my own nails. Never, do I experience chipped nails in between treatments. In addition to the application to my nails he gives a fabulous hand massage and hot towel treatment to top it all off. Definitely recommend a visit to this salon. The loyalty card system is also a real bonus. I had a £10 reduction from my bill today!

It was my first time as I normally go somewhere else. They paid loads of attention on my likes and needs. They were very understandable when I told them it was a one-off although they still encouraged me to return by showing me different options for my next appt. The only bad point is that I nearly had a bit of a tantrum when they cut my natural nails, to put me a new set of theirs, but I do understand that as a professional you prefer to work with your own materials... I wonder how I explain this to my usual nail artist now!? :) I potentially return at some point now I know how accessible and skilled are! :)

Lovely people. I highly recommend this salon. Went in to get old gel taken off and new put on. Came out having had a full manicure and feeling relaxed. Same price as other places locally but you get so much more - certainly the best in the area.

Had a full set of gel nails they look beautiful and just what I asked for. Both Lisa and Richard are so friendly and welcoming. There was so many colour choices and styles you could have. I also had my eyebrows done and I’m so pleased with how they look. Lisa really took the time with my nails and eyebrows to create perfection. I’m so pleased with the end result. Will definitely be returning when I’m due for an infill.
