K. J.Couldn’t recommend Kayleigh anymore if I tried!! I have never felt so comfortable as Kayleigh really makes you feel so at ease with her. And her incredible amount of knowledge really shows that you in the best hands! I have had a course of treatments for two areas and the difference in my hair growth is amazing! Hardly any hairs growing back! And so much thinner! Absolute miracle worker if you suffer if stubborn hair! ♥️

H. W.I booked an appointment online for laser tattoo removal at The Laser Room Truro.
Prior to my main appointment Caroline emailed me detailed information regarding the process, what was to be expected, and also how I could prepare my skin to ensure the procedure was as safe and effective for me as possible.
In addition to this I was invited for a patch test so that my particular needs for laser tattoo removal could be assessed by Kayleigh; the Aesthetician/laser specialist, performing the treatment.
On arrival at the clinic I was welcomed by Caroline who was very friendly and professional. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the surroundings and Caroline and Kayleigh's obvious attention to ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for their customers; especially in the current climate.
At all times I felt comfortable and well informed about what was going to happen and also about how to care for my skin after the procedure. Kayleigh is obviously very passionate and proficient in her job which is evident in the level of expertise and experience in which she undertakes her work.
I cannot commend the quality of the treatment and customer service at The Laser Room Truro enough, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others seeking laser treatments.
