One of the best facials I’ve had! I came out looking glowing, hydrated and smooth, not to mention feeling super relaxed and zen. It was worth every penny to have the hour facial treatment! Helped by the fact Alma’s experience really showed and was able to complete what I was hoping the facial would do. She also did my eyebrow tinting and threading which completely transformed me for the better and made me look pampered as I left the store!

I have been coming to adorn for a while now and have had my Hollywood waxing done by a few of the different staff. Although all of them have been lovely, Reka is by far the best and has been my go to wax lady for my past few treatments. She has a great positive and bubbly attitude which makes the waxing feel a lot faster and more enjoyable. She also understands ways in which she can wax to make it as pain free as possible for me. I would recommend anyone looking to start waxing to ask for her !!

I cannot recommend the company enough - specifically the ladies I have had the pleasure of meeting (Jigisha has looked after me very well). However, Milan was very rude to me and expected me to pay £10 because I was miss sold a service they no longer provide via the treatwell site. He threatened to cancel my appointment if I didn’t pay more. I am fortunate enough to know this cannot be done as it was a service miss sold to me. I then proceeded to have a wonderful treatment. If it wasn’t for the excellent customer service I receive from all of the other employees I would not return to this establishment due to how Milan made me feel.

I had a full body wax and eye brow threading yesterday. It had been 3 years since I had waxed so was a little anxious going to Adorn Beauty for the first time for waxing. Urprit was amazing and I barely felt the whole experience. She was professional, efficient, calming, friendly and easy to chat with and to be around and gave some great advice about using hot wax when I do a Hollywood wax, which I will try even though a little more costly than strip wax. I was extremely satisfied and came out feeling pampered and will be happy to continue going back the salon as I've had eye brows threading, upper lip wax, acrylic nail polish, pedicure, hair cut wash and blow dry, hair colour and have enjoyed every visit feeling satisfied. I have been having laser hair removal at this salon for a few months now and the results have been amazing! The machines and procedure used have been thorough and very effective! I have a couple of sessions left and am very confident that the end result will be even better than what I originally expected. Although it is on the higher end on the price scale for hair removal treatment, it is a great investment in the long run as I will never have to pay for waxing or razors ever again! I would highly recommend this treatment and the lovely welcoming staff make the whole experience even better!

After a horrific experience in another salon in watford, I went in with low expectations for shellac on my toes, manicure, salt body massage and eyebrow threading. However hansa and shari (i havent spelt her name correctly) did an outstanding job! My shellac is perfect, eyebrows are the best theyve ever been done! And the salt scrub was absolutely amazing!!! I am having laser treatment on face, underarms and bikini. I had a great experience. My therapist Sneha is very professional and friendly. The new laser machine is fantastic. I had only 4 sessions and hair almost gone. It’s been 7 weeks now and hair hasn’t came back much. Only few fine hair has remained. The best part is completely painless and quick result. I have had my eyebrows threaded loads of times here. Today, Shikha was welcoming and professional. I didn't have to wait long to be seen. She took her time threading my eyebrows and afterwards applied rose water which felt lovely and refreshing.

Was seen really speedy which was great however it was the most painful eyebrow wax of my life. I’ve still got scabs where skin was pulled of. She pulled the wax strips off so slowly, it never usually hurts as I’ve had my eyebrows waxed for years at other salons. I also had them tinted which when she first showed me it was still all over my face. After cleaned up it looked better. I think I would go back as a last resort place.

Lovely place been having nails done here for a long while and good service. Only one thing I had a pedicure and had the massage on the chair which is very uncomfortable and rough I had to ask for it to be turned off . I have been in agony since with my back. I think you should be asked if you have back problems. it was very rough not relaxing at all I don’t remember it like that. I have never been in pain like this since 😒 Shane as my nails and feet were lovely by the young girl.

They are the only people I trust to thread my eyebrows and their shellac always lasts for weeks longer than other salons. Whilst the leg wax I received was good, the reluctance of the beauticians was awkward. I think this place is great for eyebrow threading, but after being told to come back in 20 mins, I was then told there were no free beauticians, despite there being 5 people stood around reception talking. I was then made to wait a further 20 mins whilst many other people came and we're seen straight away. I would suggest they take this off of their list of treatments to avoid anyone else experiencing this.

i was worrying so much about laser. i had very bad experience at another salon for laser. i tried this salon (after so much insist from one of my friend). it was completely different experience of laser i had in this salon. i didn't feel any burn or itchiness during my treatment. thanks for such a lovely experience. you have totally changed my laser perception! see you next month for my second laser session!

I really like the wqxing treatment. I have been informed at the reception desk that waxing with their chocolate hot wax is less painful and designed for the sensitive skin. I was thinking that it may be their trick! Literally, after getting my treatment i had to agree with them since it was less painful as well as very quick. Therapist had shown me the hair stuck on the wax. I could easily figured out that the hair was from the deep of the root. I had my waxing done at other place but i had not the same experience. Thanks. Will surely comeback! Also if i will find anything unusual, i will surely change my review so get ready for it! ;-)

Have been back subsequently for convenience and I believe eveyone deserves a second chance. I have been quite happy with eyebrow threading and tinting so to be fare I have had 1 bad experience out of 5, try for yourself :) chances are you'll be happy Had to edit this changed from 5 star to 2! 2nd visit I was made to feel like a liar! I asked the receptionist if they use the blade with the 25 pedicure, she said yes, so i booked it along with a basic manicure and eyebrow threading. As the girl was mid pedicure i asked when she will use the blade she said they don't use them. After my nail treatments where complete I told the man on reception that i was told they did use a blade which was why i went for the more expensive option, he went to ask, i got my brows done and proceeded to pay. The man asked the girl who advised me about the pedicure who looked at me like a startled rabbit as she knew she made an error but didn't own up to it. i was very cross and was made to feel like a liar, it's not about the money to me it's the principle -they didn't offer me a gesture of good will by knocking off a couple quid, even when i said they will loose my custom. i paid the full price, complimented the girl who did my treatments on her talents and left. they've lost £200 a month at least from me now - probably more! my first visit I visited this salon for the first time a couple of weeks ago, I got my eyebrows threaded which I was 99.9% happy with, a patch test for tinting and a bikini wax, I opted for the more expensive wax, which i would recommend. The only thing that annoyed me slightly was that the therapist had no idea what was in it lol should she had talked it up a bit or at least said I can find out and let you know next time that would have been better. All in all i was happy with the service - I will go back again

I have always been able to get an appointment when I need it. I have been able to walk in and be seen straight away for smaller treatments, and they have been very accommodating when I need to cancel and reschedule. The Hot Wax Lycon treatment is probably the best I've had for sensitive skin, but their prices for this wax is quite steep.

Lovely place for eyebrows and waxes. Definitely recommend going! I have been using them for three years now, Bharti makes me feel comfortable and welcome when having my treatments. Recently I have started HD Brows and my eyebrows are starting to look like how I dreamed. I have always had sensitive skin and have always come out in spots after I have my face waxed, but at adorn I got a new strawberry wax and it really helped me as I have not come out in spots at all, the staff were extremely nice and polite and made sure that I was comfortable throughout my experience.
