My first visit to this nail bar for a pedicure...Debbie made me feel really welcome and I'm really pleased with end result of my Gel Toe nails.. the price also reflected this.

I had some gel nails done by Debbie and I was really pleased with them. I was a bit indecisive about whether to have a pattern or extras put on. Debbie was really helpful. She told me what would look good with the colour I’d chosen and what was not so good. She was really patient with me and the end result was fab! I love them. Thank you so much.

Started coming here a few years ago to use the sunbeds, staff are always polite and helpful. The rainbow sunbed is a personal favourite. Eventually started getting my nails done with Helen who is an amazing nail tech and I wouldn’t go elsewhere in Worcester to have my nails done! She takes her time and is a true perfectionist. A true asset to the salon.

Very friendly staff, get away chatting for ages. Very responsive on social media and I’ve had no problem with appointments. But they’re very popular so have to get in fast so need to get there whilst you can. It has a Clean and pretty environment. Always encouraging you to come back again and feeling like you really want to as well, with a personal touch. Yet to try the tanning beds though ..

I phoned and made a booking for 1:15pm. I arrived early and was not even greeted, then to wait until 2:15 to be attended to. No apologies for being late. Whilst we were waiting another lady walked in and was seated, and she proceeded to say “ thanks for fitting me in ”. Whilst my friend was getting her nails done, the lady filing was on the phone and attempting to do her nails with one hand, whilst using the electric nail file. Although my nails look nice, I will not be returning due to the poor customer service.

I've used the tanning studio for years, always have my nails done every 3 weeks, I have eyebrow wax and tint and I am always happy, I've used both debbie and pam and never once had a issue both friendly and easy to get on with, always work around me for appointments, I would never use anyone else because of the Wonderful service.
