I’ve been going to Jenni for the last 4 months to get classic lash extensions. I’d never had lash extensions before going to her, but she made be feel comfortable and confident in the process and her abilities straight away. She loves what she does, and knows it inside out; she clearly works hard to deliver a high standard of service. Not forgetting to mention, she is super down to earth, easy to talk to and will tell you straight how to get the best results out of your lashes (and their application). I can’t recommend her enough. She won’t push the lash care on you, but for the love of all that is holy invest in it!

A truly wonderful experience! Jenni was so professional, thorough and gave me exactly what I wanted. Having had extensions previously elsewhere which weren't the style what I wanted and ended up chemically burning my eye (and putting me off extensions understandably!) Jenni is the most amazing lash lady! Nothing is too much trouble. Super swanky and relaxed salon too so if you want to treat yourself, The Lash House is where to go! Jenni is AMAZING!! Such a lovely lady, really friendly and genuine. Im really pleased with the outcome of my lashes, they really don’t look false and suit the shape of my eye. Loads of people have commented on how nice they look. One thing I like about Jenni is the fact she doesn’t do anything she doesn’t agree with or thinks would be damaging to your lashes. She’s not interested in the money just genuinely wants to do her best for her clients. Would highly recommend 😁

Completely satisfied with my very first experience of lash extensions. I'm allergic to dye, so to be safe Jenni squeezed me in to patch test the lash glue she uses. Jenni made me feel very comfortable and was very patient with my fidgeting for 2 hours. Jenni pays a lot of attention to detail and wont stop until you have a perfect set of lashes. I'm 2 weeks in and I cant believe that I don't even know the extensions are there. They are so comfortable, which tells me this woman is good. I've had a lot of comments about how nice they are. I can't recommend Jen enough. Had my lashes done yesterday and they look beautiful (Russian volume lashes). She takes the time to listen to what look you are after and really knows what is right for you as a client. She was friendly and accommodating, even nursing me half way through when i felt unwell. She has a home made salon room that is beautiful, even Mrs Hinch would be jealous! The environment is glam, cosy and professional. Jen is so easy to be around I felt like I had known her forever. The Lash House is easy to find, has parking opposite and she even takes card payments if you need that option. Great aftercare advice given too and products available to purchase shall you desire. All I can say is she is stuck with me now! 🥰

“Wow just Wow”.
