The premises are nice, so was the staff. Unfortunately the end result wasn't as good. I had a wax and there were a lot of hairs remaining, which made the fresh wax look like a weeks regrowth.

Fantastic attention to detail for manicures and pedicures, my nails are now looking fabulous (they were not great before) and I m a happy customer.

Easy to book online. The reception area is warm and welcoming, the treatment rooms are clean. Staff are friendly. Sam who did the wax was the perfect combination of friendly, professional, perfectionist and efficient! If I lived in York I'd definitely make this my go-to.

Went for a hollywood wax, and it was prompt, and virtually painless. Friendly service, and overall pleasant first experience of waxing. Would definitely recommend, but book in advance!
