After sales support was outstanding. Most people would sell the spokes, and walk away. Colin continued offering advice far beyond what I would have expected, some of which especially needed to hear. Compared to most of cycling, wheels are particularly prone to being confusing. I'll be back.

I had an old budget aluminium road bike that needed a bit of an upgrade. I left it with Colin and he put on a whole new groupset for me, as well as giving it a bit of a general overhaul - had it out for a ride today and it was running great! This is what customer service is all about. Colin picked up my son Evan's Specialized wheels for a rebuild, talked him through the process and what was important for Evan was being kept updated with parts & fitting progress and balance charts via Whatsapp. Quick turnaround, refitted wheels back at home and gave the bike the once over.
