Placed an online order from their website last week and the service was every bit as good. Paul kept me up to date with the order and even sorted out an issue concerning a wrong size of overshoe sent to me (wrong label on card) by sending me out the replacement item without delay.
Having guys there that are passionate about cycling and can answer my stupid questions (mainly concerning nutrition etc) is a major plus.
