To say that this place is a hidden gem of a shop is a complete understatement, what Alex has here is an absolute attention to detail, welcoming, hospitable location for all of your bike needs. Perfect on a south Wales route to visit, perfect to purchase from and customer service absolutely second to none. I made contact with Al enquiring about a set of Carbon wheels, a quick visit turned into an hour easily, purchased within a day and had them ready from his very next delivery - every part of working with Al is superb and currently talking to him about the potential custom build. If want a honest straight up bike conversation dont hesitate at all. Now these wheels are 3500miles away and used every ride in the middle east - Perfect!! Would recommend to everyone - Thanks Alex
