Took my bike in for a service and new brakes today and they did a superb job, bike rides like new again. I’ve used this shop for ages, dating back to when it was in The Open Market and still the same fantastic level of friendliness and great work. Absolutely great experience - brought my bike in (in a pretty dire state) for a service, they had her sorted with brand new brake pads, fixed chain and entirely cleaned in an hour. Glided up Elm Grove afterwards!! Brilliant value for money and great to be supporting this small local business.

I’ve been there to repair my bike two times with different issues my bike had. A guy fixed it in short time really. He also found something else broken, fixed it and didn’t charge me for that. I’m not really into bikes and I don’t know what was broken but it runs very smooth now. Very pleased with the service.

Fantastic service from Mitch! My bike was hit by a car and had a nasty buckle in the back wheel. Mitch managed to fix the said tyre and it is now in good as new condition saving me having to buy another. Really friendly professional service. :)

Dropped in with a 2002 Marin Shoreline Trail I'd been gifted, looking for a bigger rear shock than what it had as it was clearly replaced with a shorter one. While I was too busy marvelling at the volume of spares lying around, he found one that would work and even offered to fit it while I went away for an extremely reasonable price. Turns out it would need ten times the work either of us had really envisioned, and he was still going to do it all for the first price just because "it was fun". A sure recommendation to anyone!
