Best bike shop in Brighton! Actually it might even be the best bike shop in Sussex. This might sound like a sale pitch but they deserve it. They have all your boutique products and cool parts at a really competitive price, as cheap as online. I only buy parts to build up bikes but I've send a few friends who wanted to buy full bikes with accessories and they were really happy with the service. Really nice people and some nice bikes on display.

Awesome service from a really friendly and helpful Husband and Wife team. I researched online for replacement parts prior to going into Velo Vitality and in the end saved myself quite a bit of money by having the work done by Velo vitality. I've used many many bike shops over the years as well as doing a lot of work myself and their knowledge and speed of service is up there with the best. I have already arranged to have more work done on the back of this experience. Thoroughly recommend.

I had numerous quotes to get my Carbon Fibre rims rebuilt and Velo Vitality was by far the cheapest. Jon did a fantastic job, and since then I have taken my bike back for various little jobs - service and price has always been A1. Never had the feeling that something was being hidden from me - they are very transparent and will even talk to you about parts that you need without trying to sell you anything and happy to fit parts that you have found for yourself off ebay etc. Knowledgeable, skilled and friendly you and your bike are in safe hands here.

Very helpful and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!! They have that something else you won't see or experience in any other cycle retailer... style? Not sure, but it was different... I'd placed a few parts orders online with great success in the past, yesterday I ventured in and met Jon the man behind the business, looking for a birthday bike for la miss's he offered me a whole range of options and we were able to narrow it done to a sensible colourful winner, she's gonna be stoked!! But I couldn't stop there, not after I saw the minnehaha canvas saddle bag range and the roll top backpacks, one for the miss's, two for me :D Great service & awesome products Thanks for your help Velo Vitality!!

Best cycle shop ever! and I have been a cyclist for 30 plus years these people really care bend over backwards to help, great prices and have what you want in stock and happy to get it for you if they dont. I'm not a local in fact live 200 miles away but use their mail order service. Will definately use again and again and again support great bikes shops

Needed components for a custom build. He knows his stuff and is genuinely interested in cycle bits. Shame it's not more of a real world shop. Places like Evans that are only interested in selling whole bikes are of no interest to me.

Ordered some compass tyres. The delivery date for stock was accurate, plus they left that day and i got them 9:30 the morning after. That's pretty awesome.
