Great team there that are pretty knowledgeable. Few issues with my bike delivery (which seems standard for ordering from Ribble) but they sorted it out for me and compensated me for something else that had an issue so very impressed. Also, still not convinced that their frames are manufactured in the UK.. I understand that they are assembled but I’m pretty sure their frames are from China! Guy in the shop was adamant this wasn’t the case! Overall good service, smart shop and nothing to complain about.

It's important to understand this is NOT a bike workshop. The ream are really knowledgeable and I took advantage of an e-bike test day at Cribbs and that sold me. Unfortunately couldn't get a new one for 6 months. Bought online but team were happy to help with a minor problem anyway without complaint. . Thanks to Josh and the team.

Purchased my CGR 725 at Bristol Cribbs Causeway. I'm very particular about bikes and everyone in the showroom was mega helpful, especially as I returned mulitple times to tweak the potential build and talk through different options. As it's a show room I was pleasantly surprised to find that the staff really knew their stuff. They set me up the bike jig and I've now got an excellent super commuter. The bike was delivered in less time than their original estimate and all is well. Would recommend. Thanks John, Clive, Josh and Cody- much appreciated.

i wanted to buy a bike, but couldnt find a phone number so i tried the chat line which was very unhelpful suggested i had to drive 250 miles to Clitheroe when they have a store 40 miles form me in Bristol

Store was a nice layout and very spacious Only criticism is that the staff seemed to not give a c**p that you were looking at the bikes or that when looking at the Ebikes you were questioning aloud that you wondered how you got the batteries in and out. Overall the stores nice and Ribble online service is wonderful, but the staff in the Bristol store need a lesson in customer service
