Great store! Very helpful E-bike & scooter savvy staff. Was able to test ride products on-site to find the best fit for the whole family. Offer wide range of brands & good packages too which was a bonus! Also discovered they have a workshop for any bike and scooter services & repairs. Recommend it as a worthwhile visit when in the city centre.

My girlfriend has a scooter and the bolt on the front wheel fell off. We went to 2 different bike and scooter shops and they couldn't fix it. Then we went to Pure Electric, next to Greggs, top of Queen Street. A lovely guy called Paul took a look at it, and fixed it up as good as new. He didn't want payment. It was a lovely gesture, and he was a lovely guy. Kind, polite and caring. Thank you. I would highly recommend this place !!!!

Absolutely incredible service from everyone at Pure Electric Cardiff. From the moment I arrived the team were genuine friendly and keen to help. I cannot thank you enough for getting my pride and joy back on the mountains. 😁 Cameron particularly deserves recognition, he displayed relentless enthusiasm and commitment to resolving the issues with my E-bike (not purchased from Pure), which was unfortunately not a simple case. He is a credit to yourselves and Shimano, and is the kind of technician you hope to deal with when visiting a service center. In my experience you are in safe hands at Pure Electric Cardiff.👍

Friendly, very capable staff, good pricing and service. Dropped my bike off with a punctured tyre and slipping gear, got the brake pads replaced for a few quid as well. Bike was ready for pickup after just a few hours and got notified via text.

We visited the Cardiff pure electrics store last Sunday to enquire about purchasing an e bike. We were highly impressed by the attention we received from Steve at this branch. He came over as someone extremely trust worthy and reliable and very knowledgeable about the different type of e bikes. He enquired about the type of cycling we intended to do, bearing in mind that my husband is now 73 and finds hills quite demanding. He spent at least an hour giving us his undivided attention, and allowed us to try out various styles and models. As a result we obtained a clear picture of the type of bike needed and we will almost certainly be buying one In the near future. Thanks again to Steve at Cardiff Pure Electric. He came Across as more than just a salesman , but someone who was passionate about bringing the benefits of e bike cycling to enhance the healthy life style of cyclists like my husband .

Took my sons scooter in to be repaired. I dont know the gentleman's name that was dealing with the repair but he and the young girl were Fantastic! Amazing service and so friendly. Hes done a first class job of repairing the scooter, it looks brand new and even charged it for him! Fantastic approach, polite & good advice from staff and greeted with smiles. I recently visited to enquire about repair my nephews scooter. They offered to collect from the car park as I said it was heavy. They advised how to obtain the parts they didn't hold and quickly repaired scooter. Very reasonable price aswell.

Ryan and Matt at the store have gone over and above for me and I am so thankful for their efforts. i live a far way away from the store and Ryan went the extra mile in regards to getting to my scooter repaired, the absolute diamond did an out-of-hours home visit to collect my scooter and got the issue resolved very quickly. Ryan then helped me collect my scooter at a safer and closer location to my house rather than making me travel to Cardiff to collect the scooter. Both lads have been incredibly helpful and they must be acknowledged as valuable members of staff. Thanks to the entire team at Pure Electric Cardiff!

I bought a Pure Air Pro for my 13 yr old & the Zinc Eco for my 8 yr old son's. The staff were very friendly and helpful without pressure to buy. Ryan was very helpful and suggested my 8 yr old demo the scooter in the car park at the back of the shop to make sure the size was correct. I would recommend you try before you buy. The Zinc Eco had a faulty front wheel when we built it at home. Ryan took a look and swapped it for a new one without any fuss. Great customer service.
