H. E.James attended my home today in Clacton to true a wheel and make some adjustments to the gearing of my Woosh Camino (ebike). He was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and made light work of the ‘repairs’. Very reasonably priced and I will definitely be calling on James to service my bikes in the future. Communication was excellent with prompt responses via email and James called me prior to attending to give an ETA. Thank you, James. Highly recommended.
P. N.James gave up his time to be mechanical support for a local charity bike event that I organise. He showed an obvious passion for helping people with their bike problems and is a top man for doing this in the cold and rain to help raise money for Alzheimer's Society.
