Had my hybrid bike serviced. Top job - friendly, price reasonable, fast. Busy time of year but they still managed a fast turnaround. Gave me an estimated quote when I dropped it off - were actually within a few £ despite there being another fault found (old bike). Far superior to any other bike service shop I've tried in Glasgow!

Really nice and approachable people working here who won't make you feel stupid for knowing little about bikes. Always friendly on the phone as well. Had put my bike in for a service but had a minor issue after the service that wasn't there before. Took it back and had the issue resolved with absolutely no problem that day. Feel it should have been caught during the service - the chain needed more lube - so taking a star off for that.

Don't be fooled by the Raleigh bike shop branding - this is an excellent repair and servicing shop. Staff know their stuff and offer good common sense advice. Have taken all my family's bikes there but this recommendation comes from my experience in them keeping my road bikes going through several sportive seasons, including building new wheels.

Bought a bike for my son about a month ago.. Great bike no issues with that was told to pick uo bike at three, perfect got it home my son wanted a shot and one of the pedals came clean off, easy fix i did it myself but come on guys you are supposed to be professionals.. First class service. Super cool. Took my bike to fit pannier rack, techi spotted that the break blocks were worn to hell, so got these little jobs fixed and he took the time to adjust the gears and fix the "buckle" in both wheels. Without additional charge. Super cool, certainly would recommend to fellow cyclist.

I could not have been served better. I have visited bike shops before in the hope I could get back onto a bike after a few years of, well, problems. Got a second hand bike, and asked them what they could do with it. Not only the bike was refurbished and cleaned up really well at a very reasonable cost, but what impressed me is that I got quite a long test drive with one of the chaps Cameron, and it really helped me regain some confidence. Apparently they do this for every client. Marvellous.

I was looking for an electric bike when I rang Kevin at BikeChain seeking to test ride a Raligh. His initial friendly and knowledgeable approach was both professional and caring. He gave help and advice without me feeling any pressure to buy. We went out for a test ride for as far as I wanted to go and we could have gone further in the rain however I was sold on the service alone! ***** The bike: The bike is great and it's doing everything it should! ***** Thank you! The shop: The shop is an aladin's cave! He seems to either have everything or can get everything you need. ***** Attitude : The attitude is professional, helpful, and above all they do everything they can to keep you riding!
