Fantastic and efficient service, arrived with a snapped rear derailleur cable, and it was changed and adjusted within a half hour. Barclays center shop had little activity and I was immediately serviced

Absolutely delighted with my revamped hardtail Trek Superfly MTB. My bike is now tubeless (whoop) and rides like a dream!! Until now, I've struggled to find a bike shop that can honestly fix my bike. But, now I've found one. 🙌 Safe to say, I'll not be going anywhere else. I also love the fact that the shop is open to accommodate early morning commuters! #Chuffed

I've had nothing but good service and friendly interactions with the staff here. However, as I found out when I visited two mornings this week, the shop does not reliably open at 8.30 as advertised. This is less than useful if you're hoping to pick up or drop something off before work. On one of these occasions after waiting 20 minutes I had to head home with the bike I'd hoped to drop off because the shop remained closed
