Quality work, excellent value and exceptional service! Right from the beginning, Nick was prompt with his replies and accommodating in making arrangements. He came out to see my bikes, performed a thorough assessment of them and shared his findings with me. Having friends in the industry I could check with I knew that Nick was being genuine, honest, accurate and offering excellent value for money in his quotations. He took my bikes away there and then, completed all appropriate repairs and returned my bikes to me within the week! Nick then clearly showed me all the work that had been completed as well as sharing some aftercare advice and future considerations with me. All in all the quality of work was amazing and I received what i would class as an exceptional service as I felt confident and valued as a customer at all times. I've been out on my bike several times and it rides like brand new! Incredible considering its nearly 12 years old and has seen it fair share of trails, crashes and improper cleaning. I spotted Nick's van on my street and given I've had difficulty getting a service/repair booked with other shops, thought I'd drop him a message. He replied quickly and came to fix my bike next day. Incredible service and great value. Didn't even charge to change the mudguards when he worked out they were not the right size ... Despite spending some time on them. Will use again.

Amazing experience My tires got flat and it was not possible for me to take a cycle to a shop and get it fixed it would costed me a lot money I found out about Prime Bikes All done using online appointment system Nick turned up next day and went over the issue and suggested me to replace tyres He also managed to get me mudguard and also fixed mirrors for me Overall it was an amazing experience The best part was that I didn't have to even move the bike all done mobile Great person he is Don't even think twice Nick will do whatever he can in reasonable price I'll definately use for any future needs Thanks
