Been here a few times over the years. I'm utterly useless with bike maintenence and so the visits tend to be to get our bikes working smoothly again after being subject to various levels of neglect =p Steve's fantastic. Great customer service and I find he doesn't try to rip anyone off and offers solid advice and great prices. Wouldn't trust anyone else. Brilliant. Shame there's not a 6 star option for above and beyond. Cheers!

Excellent customer service, would highly recommended Steve's Cycles. I had bought my son's bike online, and when it arrived it needed putting together. I had attempted it myself, but it had started to make a noise. Booked in the bike with Steve, he was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and super efficient, and the bike was all sorted very quickly. Nearly a month later and the bike is still working brilliantly.

Thoroughly recommend Steve's. Dropped my bike in Tuesday afternoon to fix the front derailleur and a puncture. Got a text on Wednesday morning to say it's ready and only £15! Another bike shop had charged me £10 just for a puncture and took 3 days a few weeks ago. Will definitely be back again. Thanks both of you, great service and the bike is running like a dream.!

Great little cycle shop. Went down to have a look at their collection of Dutch bikes for the wife. Both the lady and the gentleman in the shop gave sound advice to my wife for the kind of bike she was after. While they don't have the selection big retail shops such as Halfords have, I found them to care a lot more about their customers. We took one of my kids bikes in for repair, and the repair was done quickly and very economically. I would always prefer to use a shop such as this, as the care to detail in customer service and aftersales care goes miles further than a big retail chain. Slightly more expensive than a retail chain as well, but more than worth the extra few quid. Shops like this are suffering in these current times, and need our help to stay afloat, and let the owners and staff provide for their families. Many thanks Steve's Cycles, and looking forward to buying myself a bike from you in the near future!

Very nice and kind owner but if you have a problem with servicing an enduro bicykle, choose a different workshop because unfortunately they do not have any tools for servicing dampers or full suspension frame.

I took a bike here expecting to need a new derailleur, however Steve said it might not need it he said he would take a look and then ring, he even told me the last 3 digits of the phone number he would ring on which was great due to the amount of ppi calls etc these days . Took my bike in as I was having problems with the gears not changing properly and wanted someone to take a look. Was given a no nonsense honest answer as to what he thought the problem was and told he'd have a look and might be able to fix it and might not. Steve's cycles is the only shop I go to and have done for 30 years, I remeber buying my first bike from the shop on Endike lane.
