Absolutely amazing experience. Great help with choosing correct bike, very personal oriented aproach, and great understandings in product. Not long time ago my partner had physical health issues that effect his mobility in day to day life. E bike was the key answer that helped my partner build his strength back up and his mobility. E bike was great idea as it offers many different options that helps to stay active and enjoy outdoor freedom. E bike experience has gave him opportunity to be able to be active again and enjoy his outdoor cycling, with E bike it felt freedom again. E bike is great options for any ages, there is no limit to what you can do with E bike experience! We love it!!

I had the best fun ever!! A group of us went off together and took a picnic. It’s great to be out doors in the fresh air and not peddle as hard as a normal bike…. The staff were so helpful and it was all quick to sort out. Will come back soon because I just cannot stop talking about the day. Something different to enjoy with children, and friends. I’m even going to get my mum and dad to come next time too!

Our two bikes (a Cruiser and a Stretch) have been all over Devon and Cornwall, as well as Scotland over the past two summers, and our investment has far from disappointed, they have proven dependable and comfortable bikes. We never yet depleted the battery on a day return ride. Ascending Bealach na Bà (the steepest road in Britain) from Applecross campsite was absolutely doable - with 4 of 5 bars remaining in reserve upon return from the summit. They are quite capable on gravel roads and have really earned their keep as our ‘daily transport’ option carried on board a motorhome. After sales service has been professional and helpful emergency advice has always returned swiftly if needed also. Thanks for a wonderful product and accessories. I am a very satisfied customer
