The service was absolutely second to none- he even stayed open late to let me come and view the bike, and was so patient with me! He clearly knows his bikes and it’s obvious that he is a real bike enthusiast, it was great to talk to somebody with such knowledge, and I have absolute confidence that they will do an fantastic job servicing and looking after my occam for years to come. Thankyou again.

Bought these Orbea electric bikes in January and we are really enjoying using them, they are a pleasure to ride.
Took my bikes in for a check up on warranty where bikes were checked all over, stands tightened, locks, tyre pressure, all checked. Nothing was too much trouble.
S.I can highly recommend the excellent service I received from Finlay and Donna at Lincoln Bikes, they were incredibly patient and helpful when I was choosing the most suitable bike and I’m absolutely delighted with my new mountain bike, thanks to their experience and knowledge. If it's not in stock, it'll be there within a few days. Really top drawer service and free tea and coffee too boot! Oh, and a free 10mm socket or tyre pressure gauge as well! Score!

I had a bike stolen whilst working as a community carer, Fin&Donna both looked after me very well when getting a replacement. Very good communication, no hard sell, no pressure, brilliant stock.
I got the Orbea MX5O to replace the Carrera Vengeance, I wouldn't ever look back.
Very quick, efficient and safe service from this couple - even disinfecting the bike to ensure all safety guidelines were adhered to.
If you need a new bike, or just want one for the sake of it - look no further!

P. Z.If I could I would leave even 10 stars, if you will need to buy a new push bike then do not waste your time and stop visit the outer shops around the Lincoln city. Just take a proper direction and go directly to the 'Lincoln Bikes' shop. You will not be disappointed at all, and I'm very sure you will find a correct product, even if a few details will not match your needs then James will do his best to make it right, after that you will leave the shop with the bike of your dream.

S. B.I visited this shop when looking to buy an Orbea and the staff were very helpful and friendly to deal with, and they managed to knock off around £80 on rrp too. I wanted the groupset upgraded around a year later and I was told they were busy getting new bikes out the door and told to try elsewhere. Sherwood Pines cycles nr Mansfield sorted me out, as they were the next nearest Orbea dealer, so a mixed experience really.
A. H.Brilliant Family owned Bike Shop. The Shop is very accessible as it is not located in Lincoln City Centre which was perfect for me. The shop was well layed out and stocked with various makes and styles of bikes. They staff were very knowledgeable about the bikes they sold and the market in general.
I will look to use these again and will recommend Lincoln Bikes to my friends.
