I got my mountain bike converted to an electric bike here! It's brilliant, Ten street cycles did a really good job on the conversion and did a thorough service as well. I had a few minor issues after I started using the bike (the battery was a bit loose and magnet which monitors rotations/speed got twisted when I was putting the bike back in the shed) Mal and the team were brilliant! Got the issues fixed quickly and easily and communication was really fast and clear. I would highly recommend Ten street cycles, they do quality work and have brilliant after care service. I'd also recommend getting your bike converted to electric if like me you use it for commuting, my ride to work is quicker and not sweaty so I don't have to shower and change when I get to the office. I'm using my bike alot more regularly and for longer journeys as a result, which feels particularly great when everyone else is queuing for hours to panic buy petrol 😅

Friendly, thorough triage and service of my road bike including a brilliant job of converting to tubeless. Communication was great, keeping me informed at every stage. Even came back cleaner than when I bought it new! Price was very reasonable. Can't recommend highly enough.

Found shop local to work, needed some adjustments to commute bike. Great service from Jo and team. Normally only by appointment only, but managed to fit me in. Bike triage service was great and kept updated via email breakdown and by phone. Nothing done until I was happy to give go ahead. Bike now rides like it should, will definitely use them in future.

Good, honest bicycle repair shop outside of the city centre. I had been trying unsuccessfully to find someone who will replace a broken part on my bike. Each place said no because it meant making something. Within ten minutes of meeting this guy i was back on the road. Couldn't recommend it highly enough. Reasonably priced.

I can't count on fingers how many times Malcom and Gabriel helped me out. They gave me fast and cheap servise every single time. Usually while-wait. These guys are well skilled and can tell you which parts are better and last longer. No matter which kind of bike you have - from old road bike to new downhill or some extravagant kinds, they will alway meet your needs. I let them make me a custom made Gravel bike can say they've done a great job! Bike's just how I wanted, with good parts, very strong, ideal option for Liverpool bad condition streets. No terrain's problem for this rocket. I can also rely to their warranty.

Wicked workshop :) on the middle of a big tour needed to switch out for some hill climbing gears the absolute wizard in there sorted me out with a whole new drive train, new spoke for the one I'd broken and a new inner tube crazy fast, and after an afternoon riding it i can't wait to be try the lake district hills :) absolute heroes will most certainly be back when it's time to build the next bike :)

Been here several times now and I'll be coming back. They've helped me with all my bike related problems, I recently got a full service and safety check. Yes, they are experienced mechanics and get the job done to a high standard, but the reason I'll always come here is that if you're interested they will fix your bike Infront of you and explain what the problem is and if you have no time you can arrange a pick up and delivery service. (They even offer classes if you want to learn more in-depth) I'm getting a custom frame created for me (created from scratch by welding the pipes together) thats going to be belt driven. Also going to purchase some things from their huge catalogue of used/refurbished parts to build up a 2nd bike.

Had a Frankenstein of giant that needed some serious TLC, having being left out to the elements to suffer - the chaps done a sterling job and brought what was close to binning back to life! Malcolm was lovely to deal with, swift service and well priced. Be taking my DMR jump bike in to for summer for them to work on.
