From start to finish 10/10 for customer service! I love popping into the bike shop they always show such a warm welcome and don't just treat it as transactional but love to find out about their customers and what we really like! Such a nice chill vibe when you go into the shop and you don't feel pressured to buy or spend money but can actually stand and have a look at all the different colours which I love! Definitely pop in there you will be shocked what colour you can get your bike sprayed! ❤️😀

I took my bike in to get serviced and wow it was brilliant. The whole team were so friendly and helped me understand exactly what would be done. Have to say the website was clear enough but you always have questions. The service was quick and no hassle and amazing value for money. My bike runs like i remember and I will definitely be going back more and more. Drivetrain and gears never felt so good!

Great bike shop, really friendly staff and always happy to help. So warm and very inviting not just a bike shop trying to sell u something they care about your needs and really try and deliver want u want. The banter in there is good can chat for hours. Cool ,colourful shop with a glowing vibe couldn’t recommend this shop highly enough keep it coming.

I’ve been using the services for nearly 2 years now, I first popped in when I had an annoying flat tyre and the shop was not far from me. The fabulous shop manager- Yasmin, told me she could fix it there and then. I was expecting to pay the premium for the last minute drop in, but she very kindly did the work for free!! Since then I’ve had my bike revamped, total respray etc by them and I cannot tell enough people how much of a great job they have done! Totally recommend armourtex!

Family run business professional and show the utmost care about your whole customer experience from start to finish create the most beautiful bikes 😍 and the most beautiful unique bike shop I’ve seen a hidden gem for sure. No where else I’d go to fix my bike, give my bike some love and care or even to get a new one.

I was very fortunate to meet the lovely guys from Armourtex at The London Bike Show in 2018 Where I was exhibiting .I had no idea about Powder Coating. So decided to go for it with a stunning Gold which drew comments everywhere I went. I have now moved home and decided to go for a cool azure blue !
