Quite possibly the best place to pay a visit if you’re within a reasonable distance to London and were thinking about a new bike or upgrade! The team have souplesse and the knowledge to pin down what you might need, with no detail too small. The coffee is super too!!

The best bike service you can get in London in my experience. You will pay slightly more but the mechanics are top notch and will go the extra mile to make sure the bike looks and works as good as new, every time.

I was very impressed with Bespoke Cycling and highly recommend. The experience was great, from having a coffee bar as soon as you walk-in to an exceptional bike fit service. The knowledge of the team is just exceptional. I'm certainly no 'pro cyclist' but I found that the team were happy to share their knowledge and I found that I learned a lot through the fit process on posture and technique. Price seemed very fair for what you get in return in my view; it's not 'budget' but the level of service and knowledge is really excellent, this bike shop is well above any I've been too. The team were brilliant, thank you!

I had a bike fitting with Dominic. I was initially a tad sceptical due to the high price (£250) but booked it off the back of some strong recommendations from friends. I was amazed by the difference the bike fit made: it’s like I have a new bike! Disappointed I hadn’t done it sooner. Dominic is clearly extremely good at his role, and I thoroughly recommend you pay him a visit if you’re serious about getting the best from your bicycle.

I thought they were brilliant. I called twice and asked about tyre pressures and both times I got a friendly and informative reply. I then bought a 'proper' pump here, and am very happy with the advice and the product. I'll certainly use them next time I want anything to do with my bike.

Popped in yesterday (22/05/18) to get a spoke changed and a wheel trued (which would take 20 min max in capable hands) and was told there was no availability until June to "book an appointment" to do it. This shop clearly has its priorities right - they target the super high end market, so if you want a £10k bike, you are very welcome. Anything else, don't bother popping in. Following on from external discussions - Bespoke should be applauded for being busy. They have high rent and staff costs to cover so don't have time to deal with small jobs for new customers who might not have the budget to buy their bikes. Visit if you have money and bring a bank statement to show you have funds in order to get them to interact with you.

Over priced bike fit - very hard to get anything confirmed - and even for the price I paid made nothing was moved or adjusted - even though they said it needed it! (It was a brand new bike) You can get excellent bike fits elsewhere for half the price in London Nice shop though - hence 3 stars not 2 stars

Got a standard service here. Price competitive for the area, replacement chain was not overpriced. Service was as promised and on time. Even little squeaks and niggles I barely noticed on my bike were straightened out and it rides like new. They did a puncture fix too (I supplied the inner) and think they just charged it all in the same price. Thanks, well impressed.

As others have said, Bespoke have probably the best mechanics in London. Their after sales has been fantastic; every time I've needed help or advice they've gone above and beyond. I can't imagine getting my next road bike from anywhere else. Same applies to their other shops: truly a great team.

These guys are awesome! I cannot praise them highly enough. I've had a full experience with these guys from bike fit, to bike choice, build, delivery, post-service and upgrade. I'm a picky customer and like to be all things through before I go ahead...their advice has been excellent! They've also been amazing with stuff I didn't buy through them. I cracked my forks and rather than let me get a train home they lent me their demo bike for an entire weekend as they know I'm in the middle of a training block for racing. The whole team are epic and they have a customer for life!

while on a short visit to london from the USA my di2 shifters were causing major problems and i called bespoke for help on a saturday morning. from the moment the call was answered to the time when i departed from the shop a couple of hours later with all my problems solved, the entire bespoke staff was as friendly, as knowledgeable, as straightforward and as enamored with the nuances of road cycling as any store i have ever encountered.

Artisan coffee bar with baristas in complicated aprons. £15 for a pair of brake pads. You'll probably get better value elsewhere. The coffee might be nice - I didn't try it.

Google doesn't mention this, but this place has a fantastic little coffee stand inside - they make great coffee and have a nice selection of pastries if you're partial to a bit of Fika every now and again.
