I had a full service of my bike, done thoroughly the same day without a booking. Bike running smoothly and wasn’t unnecessarily sold extras. Loved the service and will use again!

Ive been using this shop since the first lockdown. All other bike repair shops would let me down messed me about. They were great took on the full service of my bike and returned it perfect the next day. Great service at a very reasonable price!

I had my bike in for a brake servicing, and in addition to a good job on the brakes, the mechanic did a lot of little tweaks to the bike to make it ride better, without being asked or paid for. They were great!

I went to the bicycle repair shop on Monday the 21st after calling at 6.35pm to see if they would stay open 5 minutes extra so I could get a puncture fixed as I was 30 minutes away. They said they would and when I got there the staff were outstanding, my puncture was fixed very quickly and the staff were incredibly friendly. Explaining my situation and how I was finishing a charity event, they stated they would do my puncture for free however in the end we donated the puncture money to the charity. I wouldn't chose anywhere else to bring my bike in the area again.

Decent job on the bike, fast service a few quid dearer than Halfords but the service makes up for the extra spent on repair. Also accepts card payments

The bikes are decent- they tend to adapt them and replace any working parts for secondhand bikes - the one I brought didn't have any problems and was appropriately priced. However, the mechanic and the older woman at the desk are really surly (they are slightly more helpful at Fudge's).

I have been meaning to write a review for these guys after they serviced a secondhand bike I acquired recently and was in need of some attention. I have to say they did an excellent job and the bike has a new lease of life and I have no complaints and nothing but praise. My only quip was that they never called to say it was ready and I had to go in, but they were polite and lovely and I am glad to have supported a small independent shop as opposed to one part of a chain/franchise.

Had to replace a tyre on a recently purchased 2nd hand bike. Friendly helpful advice from the mechanic, who suggested a service as the brakes, chain and bike needed checking. Didn’t push for both tyres to be replaced, which I liked. Quoted the price and gave an afternoon finish time. Called me 3pm, collected and the bike was washed and cleaned and rides great!! Happy to recommend a local independent bike shop.

These guys are fantastic! They repaired my bike wheel for £40 when another company quoted £150 and told me I had to have a new wheel. They were quick, helpful and went beyond what I would expect. Really great, I can't recommend them enough.

Best cycle repair experience I have ever had. Lucian is friendly, his prices are good, he does the job quickly and with great care. Can’t recommend him highly enough. My husband agrees.

Got a flat tire fixed. They told me on the phone 12 pounds. Then they saw my bike and the lady told me 20 then the man told me 15 pounds. If you're not sure about which bike someone has, then you shouldn't tell any prices over the phone yet. I have a Dutch city bike, so I can imagine it's not an average bike here. The service was fast and well done. But next time a clear idea on the price would be nice beforehand.

Shop dealt with a gruesome headset problem and had my beloved old bike back on the road the next day - would have been waiting a week with a big retailer. Before heading back from shop I carelessly attached back light and when I got back it had fallen off. Naturally though it was gone for good but shop located it and contacted me to let me know. Top marks.

I have used this wonderful local bike shop many times for repairs and ad hoc jobs to keep my daily commuter bike running... I cannot praise them enough. Great selection of bikes and components, friendly staff and very fast repairs when you need them. Who needs to the larger independent stores when you have these guys just around the corner!

Northern Irish Martin and Baltic Raymond are very helpful,quick friendly and efficient. The price as well as the service is better than Action Bikes - a mile eastbound down Uxbridge Rd on the same side. I'd been going to AB 20 years but they've let me down badly this weekend - Michael Liverpool fan said new wheel would be fitted and ready on Thursday,today is Saturday..I'm losing money and not happy at all and I will be going exclusively to the two men mentioned above in future.

Absolutely brilliant customer service was great very proactive explained what the problem was sorted my problem quickly much better than halfords and cheaper and compared to other bike shops actually took my bike in on the same day I called other shops just fobbed me off and kept telling me to phone back or refusing point blank to help me just because I have a electric bike so overall it is a thumbs-up I would highly recommend them and I will continue to do business with them other bike shops take note.
