Excellent service! Have been using the Bike club for the past two years for my son’s bikes. Great selection of good quality bikes and ordering/exchanging is so easy! So good we also get his scooter here too! Monthly rates are very reasonable and saves bikes being outgrown and ending up in landfill so good for the environment too! Would highly recommend this company!

Our boys love their bike club bikes. We've had balance bikes and now we're on our first pedal bikes. The bike club allows us to purchase 2 high quality bikes at a time without the massive one off costly payment. Plus if our boys outgrow their bikes , we can send them back and get a bigger size. Loving the bike club. It's an amazing way of getting a high end bike for a child that's the right size and always will be the right size with the trade in options. For the quality of bike and service you get, I feel it's great value for money. The way the bikes are recycled is also very sustainable.

I decided to go with the Bike club as I wanted my son to have a light bike (this was very wise decision for me as I’ve spent time carrying it when he was learning and putting it into the car when we take it away) and didn’t want to pay in one go the large price tag that came with it. We’re on his second bike now as he outgrew the first and I have no regrets. At the time I compared it to being cheaper than having a bottle of wine if we went out for dinner once a month so decided it was worth the money for getting a good bike. Customer service when choosing the bikes has been great too. And it’s simple to return when you need to change bikes.

We love the Bike Club and have been members almost since its inception. Both our kids have had multiple bikes with them. The exchange process is smooth (even during the pandemic) and we think it’s not only great value, but also an environmentally good way of owning a good kids bike while growing up.

Super helpful staff who deal with any queries I had easily and efficiently. The bikes are awesome - my daughter learnt to ride on a balance bike and within five mins was riding without any need for a wing woman on her pedal bike. Love the subscription idea as it works for my family really well as both my girls have grown rapidly. I now need to exchange for another bike so I’m hoping this will be seamless. I was looking to buy a light weight bike for my 7yr old son, but all the high end bikes are so expensive and the kids grow out of them quickly. Best decision we ever made was to join Bike Club. Started with a balance bike for 6 months and then swapped to a pedal bike age 4. Used the pedal bike with no pedals for two weeks. Put the pedals on and our son was riding on his own after an hour! Didn’t used stabilisers at all. All done to the ease of swapping bikes and using such high quality, light bikes.

We love the bike club! Such a great idea. For us with a boy and a girl in the family (and a girl who loves pink!) it means my son can pick his own colour bike rather than have his sisters old one! Fliss had had a heavier bike and really struggled, and to be honest I didn’t want to spend the £££ on a lightweight bike that she would out grow in a few months. A lovely pink Forme bike and she is away now! We started with Eddie (age 3) on a strider balance bike, and then after a couple of months it was easy and affordable to then swap him upto a forme bike. The transfer was really easy! Timed delivery slot and day and notifications from the courier company. Within 2 weeks he is now riding independently and as he is growing so fast at the moment - I envisage we’ll swap him to a bigger frame within the next few months too. The advice on the website on how to measure your child for what size bike is really easy to follow too.

We’ve had two bikes from the Bike club now and both ordering experiences have been really good. Bike choices and availability seem to be pretty good at the moment. The second bike we ordered was a rebike and you genuinely wouldn’t know it’s been used before. The courier used to deliver to us was arrowXL and they had great coms around the delivery and always called ahead when they were close by. We haven’t exchanged yet so can’t comment on that process but hopefully it will be as slick as our ordering process.

The Bike Club is a great idea for those who love bikes. I was able to get my daughter a lovely bike and when she outgrows it she can get a new one through the subscription without me having to pay a fortune. Paying a monthly fee rather than a large upfront payment for the bike is also great as being a single parent bikes and such can be expensive. It was easy to set up and she loves her bike.

We couldn't recommend the Bike Club highly enough! Their service allows us to give our children the best quality, lightweight bikes on the market that fit them perfectly. It gets expensive having to buy new bikes when the kids grow so quickly (not to mention not knowing what to do with the pile of bikes clogging up the shed), so the fact that we can exchange for the right size bike as they grow, is a perfect solution for us. The customer service team were v helpful and friendly too. We can't wait to surprise the kids on Christmas day!

I love this company! I was looking for an expensive high-end of the range bike for my three year old son. I found this company who send you a lovely high quality bike for under £10 a month and insurance is optional at a few quid more. I got the bike it was perfect but he outgrew it within 8 months I contacted them and they arrange for a collection, a week or so later, of the old bike and delivered the new bike on the same day. I have sent them messages through the website and someone’s even got back to me at 9 o’clock at night. I honestly would recommend them to everyone, I think they are a rare company that actually is on our side to get kids riding. I couldn’t be more pleased with our bike - and I can swap again or pay up in full and keep the bike, you can’t ask for fairer then that! - there is a charge for the swap but come on it’s under £30 for delivery and collection of a bike plus get a new bike 🤷🏼‍♀️ Well worth it!

After reading the reviews on here, I thought I'd leave a review of my experience. Everything so far has been brilliant from the Bike Club. Have received two bikes from them and both were stress free and arrived when they said they would. I don't know if the courier is different now but I had a great experience. The terms and conditions of returning or exchanging a bike are very clear when you sign up. I love the idea that the bikes can be swapped when needed and the bike will be reused rather than scrapped or dumped. The bikes are not cheap brands. My kids both love their bikes and are so much easier to ride than a brand bought from a store that rhymes with Malfords. 😉 I've also had to message them to change the date of a direct debit and again this was seamless and hassle free. Was completed promptly and the advisors seem to be always available.

We ordered a bike and stabilisers for our 4yo to go for her first spin on the Bank Holiday - we chose priority delivery for the Friday. The bike arrived on Friday minus the stabilisers. Support assured me they would arrive on the Monday. They did not arrive on Monday, nor Tuesday, nor Wednesday. Support then FedExed the stabilisers over, arriving on Friday - but the box was damaged and all the nuts/bolts/washers were missing. So this was a second weekend we had to disappoint our 4yo. Support have been polite and helpful, and the stabilisers have finally been supplied.
