A scruffy but exceptionally friendly (and helpful) bike shop. I love the fact that it's run by a family (father, wife and son) and not the usual oh-so-clever hipsters. The family are Greek and they're really down to earth. More of this type of shop should exist: local, family, with an emphasis on repair rather than sell, sell. sell. Just picked my bike up from a service with multiple repairs and I’m very happy. Bike wasn’t that old but hadn’t had any repairs since I bought it (just a few services) and I knew some things needed sorting. Ended up needing a bunch of things changing but they called me shortly after I took it in to run through the repairs and costs before confirming with me. They even managed to speed the service and repairs through for me as I needed it for work tomorrow and sort me out an itemised receipt. Really great service and friendly team (that I met) so will definitely be taking my bike back there in the future. Thanks to the whole team!a

Fantastic and friendly! Took my very old and rusty bike in for a restoration service. They recognised the bike had sentimental value and took really good care of it restoring it to proper order. They explained all the work that was done on it and tested it out on hills so I'm confident it's now in good working order. They called to discuss the work that needed so I was clear on price before going ahead. Super friendly and went over and above to add my lock mount to save me lugging it in my backpack. I've taken the bike for a spin and it's back to its former glory! Happy and highly recommended!

I've had an issue with my hub bike feeling like it was skipping some cogs as i cycled. It's started on lower gears then affected all gears. I googled around trying to find a bike shop or person with experience of hub gear bikes and I came across website for Bikeztube, I read some reviews and they sounded like just the sort of place I needed to look at my bike. I booked my bike in and took it down to the shop. As I walked through the door the young man said "stop, move your back wheel" he noticed that my wheel was wobbling as i came through the door. Something I hadn't noticed myself. I explained my issue and also asked for a full service. Today i picked up my bike and it feels like brand new, even better than when i collected it from Evans Cycles brand new 3 years ago. They explained to me exactly what they had done, I went in thinking i would need a new hub gear, but i didn't need any new parts besides brake pads. Absolutely wonderful work and customer service. This is my new favourite bike shop. I highly recommend this bike shop, great service and the price of all the work was also very good. They could have charged me double what they did and I wouldn't have complained. love this place. 2 month update Crank on my bike recently broke down on me. BikezTube where able to replace it within a reasonable amount of time and for a very fair price. The ride home today felt beautiful and so so smooth, thanks again guys.

I really recommend this amazing little bike shop. It is a lovely family fun shop with very fair prices, and a lovely little dog! I was unlucky enough to have 2 punctures within 2 days and they didn't charge me for the second one. Would recommend very highly!!

Fast, efficient, friendly service. Went in this morning because my back brake was playing up. Left it with a friendly staff member. Picked it up in the afternoon with both brakes fixed and cleaned. This is a fantastic, family run bike shop. I am lucky to live very near so this is my LBS and I don't hesitate to come here for all my biking needs. My girlfriend lived in archway and introduced me to bikeztube and I have used them ever since even though I live a 30 minute ride away. They are always really friendly and helpful. The work is always done to a very high standard and they cater to whatever price level you wish. Avoid Evans cycles and other massive chain shops and use these guys instead. You won't be disappointed

Fast, friendly honest and great service for a good price. I had my very crooked MTB wheel trued by them and it was spot on and remained aligned throughout a week in Madeira's most technical and gnarly trails, while several friends wheels failed. I gave them both wheels but they only charged me for one as they found the front one did not need adjustment.

I had a rattling noise coming from the back wheel and needed my wheel trued. I had taken my bike to a previous shop and the guy said that I needed a new bottom bracket and tried to charge me x amount of money which I knew the noise wasn’t coming from there. So I decided to take my bike to bikeztube instead. I had a medium level service and told him about the problem with the bike. When I got my bike back it was as good as new, the rattling noise was caused by mud and dirt trapped in the hub. He was very helpful and most of all HONEST l am very happy with the service and will be using this shop from now on.

BikeZTube is your local bike shop of choice in North London. I have been cycling in London for 15 years and I don't know of any other place where you get a better service at comparable rates. We have 9 bikes in the family each of them has been fixed by BikeZTube at some point. Our regular commuter bikes go there at least once a year for a full service. Non-standard work included a full assembly of a carbon hybrid from components, the repair of a broken carbon frame, fixing single speeds etc. I haven't yet had a problem they could not fix. Communication is great, for instance if they encounter a problem that wasn't obvious at the time you came in you get a call and get to decide whether you want that fixed as well. They may also ask you if you'd rather use a new or a used component for a discount etc. The atmosphere is friendly and chatty and the kids love the place not least for the lollipops.
