Dropped in yesterday needing help with my back tyre with no appointment. Mark was super helpful and friendly, fixed the main issue but also adjusted other parts that he saw needed attention. This is my new local bike shop now! Friendliest and most helpful bike shop in the area by far :)

Really friendly and generous shop! Both Mark and Derlon took the time and quite a bit of extra effort to fix a fault none of us expected to find. They did not charge me for any of the extra time or material, they were very patient with all my questions and great at communicating while waiting for new parts to arrive. Not only that but they just create a nice welcoming atmosphere and they have fast become my go to bike mechanics.

We are very lucky to have Cycleworks in Kennington. They always go above and beyond - professional, friendly and great aftercare. Derlon and Mark are excellent mechanics. They basically rebuilt the back of my Brompton after it was hit by a car. Their communication and support throughout that process was brilliant. They service all our family bikes and we simply can't recommend them enough.

They even found a way to tighten the mount for the bike lock! I popped in here on a rainy commuting home where I'd managed to pop my tyre at the traffic lights outside Oval Station. I'd managed to leave my spare inner, tyre levers and pump on my other bike and so was please that there was a bike shope near by that was still open. I was seen to immediately by the friendly staff and was quickly on my way home again. Would defo go again.

My bike's rear wheel came out of alignment while I was riding, and I thought I had cracked an axle or something. I brought the bike into Cycleworks, they looked it it for 10 seconds, spent 30 seconds tightening some bolts, and refused to let me pay them for such a small job. My bike's completely fine now, and the staff were just fantastic. Can't recommend them enough.

Top professional service accompanied with a friendly manner! Wow absolutely amazing staff, I made my enquiries in the morning and spoke to the owner, he was very friendly and polite. He understood what was needed and also gave me extra advice on what could require fixing in the future. Upon Arrival at his shop in the afternoon I was greeted by a staff member who was rather polite with a smile on his face. I then spoke to Derlon who assured me my children’s bikes would be done the next day. Have visited CycleWorks several times now and has been amazing service every time. In my opinion the best bike shop in Camberwell/Kennington area (and I have tried most of them!) Fast turnaround on work and very reasonable prices. Great level of professionalism and knowledge. I had a stuck seatpost that no other bike shop was willing to even look at and they spent a lot of time and effort helping me fix the issue. They are friendly, happy to help and will give anything a go. Highly recommended.

Really happy customer! Got a front tyre puncture on my Brompton during my commute to work. A colleague suggested I pop accross the road (Kennington Park Business Centre) to the bike shop. I dashed over to see if they repair Bromptons and a very helpful chap stopped what he was doing to help. Great news they did. Took my bike over and showed him the hole, which was pretty big. Whilst he did say that the hole may be too big to repair and I may need a new tyre I never felt as though he was up selling. He offered to do the repair straight away but as I only work accross the road that was not necessary. Got a call about an hour later. No new tyre needed and my bike was ready. Price was very fair considering the fast turnaround. When my current tyres give up I will come back here for them. A great addition to the local area.

Just to profusely thank the Cycleworks guys. Someone on a petrol scooter crashed into me at Vauxhall Cross at 2pm. Bruised, I walked my bike to Cycleworks, they fixed it and I managed to get home by 3pm (for a strong cup of tea). It may have taken a collision for me to "meet" Cycleworks, but I'm really glad I did. Highly recommend! p.s. it may be worth 1) adding your URL to Google maps. 2) emphasise how close you are to Kennington Park and CS5 and CS7
