I am so impressed by their service. I had an emergency fix and they were incredibly accommodating, even though it was nearly closing time. Fixed the problem really quickly, while I waited. Really friendly and so affordable too! Cant recommend highly enough. Definitely pay them a visit for any of your bike needs, support local!

Rescued my bike in a single morning. All parts in stock. The bike had been in a shed for years but now rides beautifully. Amazing service and friendly staff. I had been struggling to find a pannier rack and mudguards for my specialized sirrus x 2.0. The major retail bike stores that actually sold the same bike as mine were not very helpful either, which was frustrating as you would think they would be more knowledgeable on the products they are selling. I went into driving force today and they were immediately able to help and advise me. They also had products that fit my bike available, which they also fitted on the spot. I was extremely happy as I didn't expect them to fit them there and then. I was even more grateful as it was close to closing time but they still helped me out. The service and products I recieved were extremely good value for money. I'm very happy with the outcome of my visit and will definately be returning for any cycling needs. I highly recommend them.

Great service, lovely people, Covid secure. I went down to buy a pannier rack and was able to have it fitted on the spot. I had been thinking about getting a bigger mudguard fitted but was advised to see how it went with the pannier rack to save some cost as that was giving me some additional protection. The man kindly tightened my wobbly seat and moved the reflector to the back of the pannier rack just to be helpful. Only one customer allowed in the shop at a time. All sorted really quickly and with good humour. Lovely people. They will be my first port of call for future bike needs!

I went to this place this morning as my daughter had been riding on a flat tyre. The gentleman who works here pumped both tyres in no time at all and was very friendly. I asked how much and he said ‘a £1 charity donation’. However, I only had a £10 bite and he told me not too worry and pop it back when I have time. How very kind off him and professional service.

I really like the bike shop. They treat you with respect and love. I never had a bike and they were very helpful and professional. I picked up my brand bike (folding viking metropolis, which rides very well) and two miles down the road, a nail punctured my tyre. I went back to them, they changed the tube for free, although it was not their fault. Such good service is rare nowadays. Their prices are actually lower than your normal bike shops in north London. I highly recommend driving force. This is the first review for me on anything :)
