I was very happy with the service I received from this company. They were very knowledgeable about E- bikes in general, and understanding when I had tried one bike but needed to change to another to suit my needs. Any questions I had they answered and my most recent service was very thorough and again helpful. Could not recommend enough, especially for a novice like myself. Highly recommend.

Colin is the star here, I knew nothing about electric bikes and he taught me all I needed to know. Showed me all options in my price range and let me decide. Absolutely no pressure whatsoever. I placed my order and there was a slight delay (from the manufacturer, no fault of the shop). I.got calls to keep me updated throughout which is all you can ask for. Amazing selection of electric bikes, very friendly service, a hidden jewel, I should say! Nowadays these bikes are difficult to see and try out, as they are very much sought after, and also they are sold mostly online, here you have these two opportunities, to see them and try them. Loved this service! I got my wonderful Electric Bike in February and I cycle 20 miles a day to work and back! It honestly makes life so much less stressful! Colin and Sean were so nice and helpful with me making the decision. They advised on which was best for me. I didn't feel any pressure from them to buy as they want to make sure the customer is buying for the right reasons and make sure your happy with the amount you want to spend on the product. I eventually went ahead with my purchase and haven't looked back since. Best thing I ever bought! (Apart from my Epiphone & Gibson guitars😆)

I attended the store for some advice on converting my bicycle into an electric bicycle and the employee at the shop was ever so helpful giving me much needed advice. He was very passionate about the products and demonstrated a brilliant knowledge of the electric bicycles in his store.

Great service, one of the few companies to have a good selection of e bikes in stock. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Lots of advice but no pressure to purchase. Space next door for a test ride. Bit of an impulse buy but really pleased with my Neomouv!

I wish I’d purchased my Juicy electric bike here – would have saved me a lot of hassle - but I have since been to the Electric Bicycle Company twice for service and repair work, and now I’d never want to go anywhere else. You get a thoroughly professional service and their commitment to keeping customers happy is clearly heartfelt. It’s not the easiest, closest or most convenient option for me, but it’s definitely the best – and I’d highly recommend it. They've got a good range of electric bikes, not that there's any sort of gleaming or glitzy showroom. By West End standards, frankly, it’s pretty basic – but to me that just signals honesty, dedication, competence and effort. Colin is really too young to be called a gent, though he clearly is; the whole place leaves you feeling, “they don’t make them like that anymore” – but here they really do. Many thanks for the mobility and fast turnaround … very much appreciated.
