Honestly amazing service, super quick and friendly. I only managed to get there 15 minutes before closing, but Pedro was super nice and helpful, and changed my rear tire which was completely torn from neglect. Couldn't recommend more, have always had a good experience with this shop.

Yesterday some teenagers tried to steal my bike from front of Supreme Court at Westminster, but they failed it so ended up kicking off my back wheel. (Don’t worry they’re on camera with clear vision and have been reported to the police) I took the bike straight to these guys in a VAN and here I’m 24 hours later with a fixed bikes goes like new. Thank you for your help and friendliness as always. Aidan was going over and beyond making sure that I do not leave site dissatisfied. Kit Meuger (Senior Mechanic) is also an all time friendly chap who’s willing to afford his time just because he wants to help. Had my first bike servicing done and was totally impressed. Love the app. Easy to use and replies were fairly quick. Price was reasonable and most importantly my bike feels brand new after the service. The gear change indicator cover however was damaged but this was quickly resolved by them. Really can’t fault the experience. So quick - my bike was collected on the Wednesday, and an estimate for the work was sent on Thursday morning. It was finished by the afternoon (and I needed quite a few things replacing) and dropped back by Friday afternoon! It’s also great that they don’t charge more for the time spent replacing parts - just the parts themselves. Really responsive on the app, just the best way to go about a service if you rely on your bike for getting around and don’t want to be without it for a week. Thank you so much!

I have to admit i pre-judged what this shop would be about. (Sorry!) I thought it would be canned service packages for people with fancy bikes that didn't get ridden much. While I certainly have seen plenty of high quality bikes being serviced, I've also found that the fettle team offer a totally bespoke service, at a good value, and just seem to want to get you riding and smiling. One of the guys actually came outside because he wanted to check out my locally built single speed (an older Condor) and inspired me with some ideas about rebuilding my rear wheel - which i did - and then they checked my spoke tension to make sure I hadn't screwed it up. (I hadn't.) This place definitely has the team that give you a proper "LBS" feel at a good value...and somehow the economics work to be in this neighbourhood. We've gone to fettle Hyde Park for a couple services now and always leave feeling the better for it. Plus my wife had a really good laugh at the idea that I wanted to ride over and show them that I'd gotten it all back together. So...we both thank you.

It is a great service! They came to my house and picked up the bike. A day later they sent me a quote and asked me when I want it delivered back to me. The day after that it showed up at my house and the service was of good quality. The whole thing lasted 3 days and everything was as promised and really professional. I recommend them

Booked a time for my bike to have a check up. Team were knowledgeable about the issues I described and told me the sorts of things that might need repairing. I did have to replace a few things but when I got the bike back they had also ckeaned it up, including the tape on the handlebars and its now like a new bike. Nice people, great service, would recommend to anyone. Dropped my bike off on the friday of Easter weekend, didn't expect it to be finished until next week because of Easter & had a shorn off derailleur that had got mangled in the chain & other issues to replace. They had it ready for next morning and charged me less than the service I had booked for because they said I didn't really need it! Super friendly, super honest, super location and I found app easy to use. No fuss!

Fantastic service from these guys. Kit and Lee were so incredibly helpful with my bike. I had a service and some new little bits, which was all done for me very quickly in the same day. My bike feels like a new bike. Lee explained everything to me, what my bike needed. The guys are so kind and helpful and even straightened out my handle bars which were bent inwards after an accident. I definitely recommend this place, they're very knowledgeable and helpful. Great location for this store too, there aren't bike shops around this area and this shop is a particularly wonderful shop. They have an App as well which makes the whole process run very smoothly and you can keep a record of all the work they've done for you on your beloved bike. 10 out of 10 for these guys!

I recently had my bike serviced and I to my surprise I found the Handlebars Shop close to my home as I used to go to Kilburn high street bike shop in the past. I highly recommend everyone to Handlebars. The service is excellent and so is the advice. Handlebars is the bike shop to go to for or your bikes maintenance and needs. These guys are great! I popped in without booking in advance but they were still more than happy to fit me in. They highlighted the issue with my bike immediately (Loose Spokes), gave me a quote, and a coupon for a complimentary coffee from next door whilst I waited. The job took no longer than 10 minutes. They also kindly took a look at my other wheel and made some adjustments at no extra cost, on top of an already reasonable price. Lee the Legend! Today I was picking up one bike that I was having serviced after having another bike done in November which I was really happy with. I mentioned to Lee I was having some issues with my indexing after about 1000km of riding since the service. Lee, told me to bring the bike down and in about 15 minutes had the bike shifting better than ever before and I was on my way. Really appreciate this kind of service and community feeling the bike shop offers their customers. Thanks a lot Lee! I recently took my bike into the new handlebars bike shop in Hyde Park. I needed a bit of work done to the bike and the team, so I planned on booking it in for a full service. Upon inspection the team explained the scope of work in the service wasnt needed on my bike and that the job would be much cheaper. The team gave me a lot of confidence in their ability to fix my bike as they were very knowledgeable about my model and all the specific tasks I had asked of them. Will definitely be back.

The guys at handlebars are great. Really friendly service. I have popped in twice now without booking and they were happy to take my bike that same day. They diagnosed a problem and then let me know what it was and how much it would cost and checked if I was happy to go ahead with that. After my first service, I noticed I still had a problem a week later, so I took the bike back, they went to great lengths to identify and fix the problem and now it rides perfectly, can't fault it at all. When i went to collect my bike, i found the guys working there to be really friendly and keen to explain what was wrong and how they fixed it. Whilst I hope my bike doesn't break for a while, when it next does I'll definitely be heading back here!

I brought in my Cyclocross bike so that the team can prepare it for the upcoming racing season as #Crossishere. I knew my bottom bracket bearings were shot to pieces but I wanted all bearings checked, including all my wheelsets. The team have changed all my bearings with better, yet reasnably priced, upgrades and they got me "free speed". Fettle is not just about helping commuters, they are professional and know their business. The team can make a race machine go faster with the same effeciency they can fix a commuter bike. This is the go to place in London.

Took my bike in to get the brakes fixed and they also advised that the chain needed replacing (checked quote with me first before doing so). There was then a slight issue when I collected it that the chain was slipping but when I let them know this they immediately offered to take a look and it was fixed by replacing the cassette the same day I dropped it off (and they kindly only charged for part for that). Really happy with service, and Fettle staff (including at another workshop) are really good at explaining issues in way that’s understandable but not condescending!
