M. M.After many disappointments from bike shops all around London, I have finally found my go-to place for bike repairs. They did everything right: their customer service directed me to the right branch, where I was welcomed by James who agreed to work on my bike despite it being an unusual e-bike. Walter communicated to me throughout the whole process and did a wonderful job for an honest price. The booking and payment system were also flawless and easy. Top, quality service.
R. S.From booking to having my bike back it was less than 24 hours! Very fast, quality job at a very reasonable price. You can also approve or reject the quote item by item which means you don't get a surprise when you pick your bike up. Would definitely use again.

A. G.Went for a puncture on the rear wheel, and took advantage of fixing my gears/front wheel/break pads & cable that was in need of some repair for a few months. They regrouped the work to be done in a mini service £60 (electric bike) + parts (inner tube/break pads & cable). Ended up for £75.
My bike has never worked so well. They've done it super fast too, left the bike in the morning, got the quote by 4pm same day, work was completed by 6pm. Really happy with the service and the price.
E. A.Great service by James and the Fettle FP team. Had some work done on my road bike before a big sportive. Other than a major service, needed handlebar replacing to a new one with semi-integrated cables which I knew was a challenge to set up on my bike (which wasn’t designed for integrated handlebar) and also requested to check the source of an annoying creaking sound which 2 other workshops (non Fettle) didn’t manage to fix. The Fettle team did a great job on the service and handlebar - the bike felt like new. Not only that, but they managed to find and fix the source of the creak (ended up being a wavy washer which I believe is used in some pedal crank systems). Well impressed, thank you team Fettle!
D. W.London has a problem with bicycle repair and service stations. Most places you call have massive waiting lists. These guys have it bang on, can get booked in really quickly and the prices are clear and respectable. They can collect your bike and drop it off for a small charge and they have an app for you to track and authorise any work needed. They also have multiple centres around London so you're never too far from one. Won't take my bike anywhere else now.
w. k.Love these guys! Gave my trusty bike a tune-up and sorted out a couple of annoying issues with it quickly and professionally. Will certainly be taking the bicycle here again for its next service!

T. L.These guys are awesome. Firstly, they’ll pick up your bike within about 48 hours - when the local bike shop tells you they have no slots for weeks or even months.
Then they call you within a couple of hours to tell you what needs doing and give you a quote.
Then they fix it and deliver it back, keeping you updated all the time by text and arriving when they say they will.
It’s simple stuff but no-one else is doing it in the bike repair space.
Further, I had a minor glitch after one of their services. They came and picked up the bike, no questions asked, and refused to charge me for either parts or labour the new mech hanger required.
I’m telling everyone about them.

Went to Fettle after previously deciding to wait 4 weeks for a slot at Giant Camden Store (see other review) only for them to then come back with some rubbish about parts not being available to 2022 and trying to scare me off with a ridiculous quote. After walking out of there Fettle picked up the bike that same afternoon and fixed for less than a third of the price Giant Camden quoted.
Couldn't recommend more. Simply brilliant.
