Alex was polite and professional. He helped me with gear service for both sides of the bike, costing the same price advertised on his website, £20. When I came to collect the bike, it still needed a bit of adjustment, which Alex did thoroughly. Though the gears on my bike were a bit scuffed, Alex tuned it as best he could. My bike works very well for commuting now.

What a great find right on my doorstep. Have taken my bike here a couple of times already, once to change the free hub and rear axle and also a full service. After the service I don’t think my bike has ever been smoother to ride. I have been to various LBS in this area but Alex without question is the best by far. He is a great guy, professional and you can see he actually really cares about his craft. If your bike needs some TLC then this is definitely the man to do it.

Alex was very friendly and did a great job on my bike! The amount he recommended was spot on and he didn't try to up-sell on any service, which I really appreciated. He was also very quick to respond to messages and very professional throughout. I have since recommended him to my boyfriend, and Alex has done a great service job with his bike too. He repaired the back brake quickly and there have been no issues since.

The headset on my track bike had rusted through and broke when I disassembled it for a routine clean. Luckily Alex is based really close by and managed to assist me at a moments notice - I gave him a ring and was able to bring the bike in within thirty minutes. He managed to sort out the proprietary component within an hour, and at a very accessible price! Will definitely be referring locals and visiting again in the future!
