This is great LBS, or Local Bike Shop. The personnel is friendly, their mechanics competent, and their prices reasonable. I've serviced all my bikes here several times and purchased spare parts for the jobs I'm capable of doing myself. To top it all off, they took my old bike bits in for recycling them in a responsible way. Highly recommend giving them your custom.

Wow! Life Savers! I was working at Westfield mall and I came out to find a flat tyre! I completed my delivery on a rental scooter - then walked my bike over to these guys - within a half an hour they had me back on the road with a fixed flat!! I didn't lose my shift, They were fast, and professional.. and super super friendly! Highly recommended

Extremely helpful and friendly shop. I stopped off here because my Brompton suddenly wasn't working properly and I couldn't work out why. The lovely guy fixed it in a second, and even adjusted my saddle, free of charge.

It was really busy on the Saturday, much quieter when I picked my bike up the Sunday. Needed a puncture repaired and they happily took it Saturday and the repair was completed that day. I was only able to pick it up the next day due to a prior personal commitment. Very happy with repair - store needs more staff, though.

I have been to this shop before to buy a bike a couple years ago now and didn't have the best of experiences the name on the ticket was Ashley. I ain't been back since but I walked in 1 week ago and didn't see that guy in the store. I asked how much a service was and what it involved and Mike broke it down clearly for me I took my bike there on Monday to get it serviced Mike was the guy to do the work and it's brilliant such good customer service from him and the bike is perfect thanks a lot Mike you have won a customer back.

Hi I went to this store this Sunday morning and the lovely Davey who works there, kindly opened up early and let me in to pump up my tyres, which in this heat is a life saver. I've been here twice now, once to get a new bike serviced, and again a few months later to get an insurance quote after the bike was written off by a negligent driver. The staff were always incredibly helpful, friendly and happy to talk. Their passion for the sport was obvious, and I left happy that my equipment was always in good hands. Fantastic service from the guys at cycle store. I don't know much about bikes but they explained everything really well. And the work was done quickly (on the spot) and at a good price.this will be my regular bike repair shop now. Jacob treats all the customers well so I would recommend the shop without hesitation.

The manager Michael, couldn't any new ones but managed to find some second hand ones and gave me three for free, plus helped me pull out a broken one. Good as gold and can continue with my journey. Stand fitted and basket recommended ..amazing value been back on road now after 35 years love it 'FREEDOM' does not begin to describe the way I'm feeling...much healthier than jumping in the car and more cost effective...very happy!!!..all staff are excellent, nothing is too much trouble ...No regrets...
