Just built my new Giant ATX 1 bike. The staff at H2 Gear were super responsive. I ordered it online on a Friday, got an automated email as expected but then got a personal update as to build timing and delivery expectations from Rebecca. I had a couple of questions and she rang me to sort them out. The bike was delivered the following Wednesday (Fast). Unboxed to find they had included a complementary water bottle and cage - nice touch. 20 minutes of final assembly and now I ready to ride. Great staff, knowledgeable but better than that personable. Can’t wait to meet the crew in person after lockdown. Great experience. Daughter now wants a new bike...I know who I am calling!

I’ve just had the best experience at Giant St Paul’s. I’ve always loved Giant bikes, rating them for their quality, performance and aesthetics. I was gutted when a few weeks ago my everyday rider developed a crack in the frame. I brought it in knowing that Giant stands behind their products, but without expectations given the bike was already more than a few years old. The guys in the shop went above and beyond for me. Not only helping me to replace the frame, but also doing a full inspection to make sure that I’d replace the old worn out components. I am absolutely delighted with the service I’ve received. I already loved Giant bikes, but now know that Giant St Paul’s is THE best place to buy from. If you go in, ask for Saj, he is super knowledgeable and kept me up to date and informed through each step of the process. 10/10!

Just received my bike from H2 Gear. After ordering I realized that I would be out of the country on the delivery date. I emailed them asking if I could postpone it and they said they would try and get it to be before the date I had to go away. Much to my amazement it arrived the next evening. Great price and great service from Rebecca and the team. A+

Received great service when I ordered and collected my new Defy. They let me know when the Cycle to Work paperwork was sorted and when we could arrange collection. Due to the bike shortages they were the only shop with stock of the bike I wanted, so was worth the 130 mile journey to the shop. Also were able to chase Giant to sort some very minor issues with the bike.

Really helpful team good attention to detail and great customer experience. I bought and collected my TCR Pro 0 6 weeks ago from a very helpful and very knowledgeable Rebecca who price matched another store, had the bike built within a couple of days and adjusted the saddle height whilst I waited. My second TCR, my fourth Giant. I arrived this morning for my 6 weeks service which I'd had to move at short notice, again no fuss, very helpful, I had a chat with Rim to explain the teething issues I'd experienced with the Force AXS, he was happy to chat and take on board my questions. I'd been clipped by a car on the way in so my front wheel was buckled and the rear hanger slightly bent and Rim and his colleague having checked, fitted a new hanger, straightened the wheel and replaced the front tyre which had sprung a leak during removal, they even checked and replaced the spacing washers on my pedals. Great service very knowledgeable and helpful team. Thank you very much
