Best bike shop in London hands down! Carlos and Pipo are both so knowledgable and friendly its been great to get to know them. Whether you need your bike services or you're looking to buy a beautiful new Titanium bike, this is the place to do it! If you're en route to Richmond Park, stop by, have a coffee and enjoy the awesome vibe of the shop!

These guys are great! Asked for pumping some air in my front wheel and the guy promptly helped me for free without thinking about it twice, checked my back wheel as well and also gave me a few tips! Very friendly and professional, will definitely come back here if any issue with my bike!

Gloria is beautifully striking the balance between a professional maintenance center and a boutique store with titanium frames and interesting/niche cycling products. I brought my bike in this morning for a new chain/cassette, and the service was handled swiftly (in and out in < 45 mins) and to the highest quality standards. While awaiting, I perused through some of the interesting offerings the store offered. Could not recommend this establishment more if you need maintenance, parts upgraded, a new frame, or want to see what's new in the cycling industry.

Was looking for a titanium bike and looked around a good few bike shops, then I found the Gloria website and I am so glad I did, Carlos is a really passionate cyclist who really loves titanium frames. From the moment I came In shop I knew I was in the right place, expert advice and good coffee too! He built a Lynskey GR300 gravel bike for me and it is the most AWESOME bike I have ever ridden ! You won’t be disappointed

Carlos and Pipo are extremely knowledgeable and its clear that this is not their work, is their passion. The assessment and tips that I received from Carlos is just exactly what is missing on the online business, where at the end we probably end buying the accesories or components that are not right for us. Great service -Jose kindly replaced a tyre on my electric scooter with some difficulty as the spare tyre didn’t come from the manufacturer with the correct pump fitting, so they gave me one for free. Jose and Carlos are also good blokes 👍😊
