As a local resident, it has been a real treat to use Impressed for my fixed wheel track bike. Mike & Simon are some of the most helpful people around and most things get done while Im around the corner getting coffee! Best service and an awesome shop too ✅

Nice, helpful folks in this shop. I went in for a pair of screw-tight end stoppers to keep my grip tape from unravelling off my handlebars. They had just what I needed and didn’t charge me for them. Really appreciate the service and magnanimity!

Came in earlier today to get a break wire for my brompton, 15 minutes later I left with perfectly set up break levers (with the new wire I bought) and a handy tip. :) Absolutely thrilled!! The guys did an amazing job on my Brompton, advised me to get a regular road bike wire, cut it up, looped in and adjusted in a matter of minutes. I saved myself the cost of heading to the brompton junction, where I would get a subpar service. Speaking of service, I felt like I was in a family shop, genuinely helpful and friendly! I live in the area and I'm glad I discovered this spot, from now on before I go ahead and order any parts I'll make sure to come in first to buy it here, the same goes for any maintenance/service. Happy days!

I got a puncture in the area and I've never changed an inner tube before. The gentleman in the shop sold me a tube, lent me the needed tools and showed me how to do it to boot. Really made the whole ordeal easier!

I brought to Impressed my second hand bike to make sure that everything was safe for riding. And I was really nicely welcomed, the shop is family owned, the price is amazing for London (I had my seat and brakes repaired only for 10pounds). They also offer drinks: coffees, teas and juices and sell bikes. I highly recommend them! I went back some months after because I broke my inner tube and once again I was warmly welcomed, the reparation was done for the day after for a very reasonable price. Very happy with this bike shop!

This little place is a gem! Turned up with a rear puncture, the guy fixed it in about 5 minutes. Replaced the tube and even gave my chain a clean with special oil. Very friendly, properly run good independent local business. Lots of useful equipment for sale as well as repairs.

Can’t recommend Impressed enough. On my first visit the owner ordered a new rear hub for my road bike and replaced it at a great price, keeping me updated during the process. The second he managed to diagnose a niche issue I was having to some wear in the rear axle which needed replacing (again at a great price). Thank you!

A great LBS. I've been to Impressed several times and just picked up a road bike that needed a bit of work: drive chain, wheels and headset. I've always had very good workmanship and Michael is knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating to look at things even when he's busy. I definitely recommend ImpressedLondon.

Took my bike in to have a couple of things sorted out. Very pleased with the service and the reasonable cost. The shop itself is nice and appears to have anything you might need for multi sport events. The owners' medal collection is a great personal touch which conveys the passion they have for the sport!

Dropped in to see if they had stock or could get me my desired cycle (Bianchi). Have to say the help first class/best in London from my experience imho. Previously having tried all the other official dealers with same queries and face to face. The chap in the shop went to manufacturers portal for the dealers and check all the options clearly outlining availability. Service like that will get you business please keep it up!

Great local shop that offers wonderful running trainers but also a bike service! Took my bike in for a service yesterday, the bike was in a bad state, needed new tyres, chain. Very friendly and proffessional service and can't wait to ride the bike again. Would recommend!

Impressed went above and beyond for us! Our cargo bike breaks got stuck on King henry's road and we had to leave it there, it was impossible to move it. We were at the shop 10mn before closing time but they still came with us and fixed it so that we could cycle back home. Thank you Impressed!
