Javi is opposite where I go to the gym, so popped by at around 9.30am with my bike and asked for him to have a look at my bike and anything that needs doing in a service to last me another year of daily commuting. Took the time to explain and show what was worth doing and why, what could wait and what wasn't necessary. Agreed a price and he a collection time. All ready on time and the bike is new again, tight brakes, smooth gear changes, no more clanking sounds. Would use again.

Highly recommended! There is no doubt why it already has 5 stars in reviews. To start with, the customer service I received from Javi was outstanding. Javi left my bike as good as new! I almost didn't recognize my bike when I saw it! He was always honest in his recommendations. The price was more than fair. Honestly the fastest and best bike repair I've ever had. Turned up at 17:55 and left at 18:10 (after they had closed) with all the work done. For cheap! I'm definitely coming back again

I took my bike to Javi, as it had a puncture in the rear wheel. He fixed it quickly, but the next day it went down again. I took it back and he immediately looked at it again, replaced the tape and inner tube again at no extra cost, without raising any fuss. Very good customer service, so I would highly recommend.

I had a flat tyre on my folding bike when I arrived at London Liverpool Street so walked my bike over to Javi's where he quickly replaced the inner tube. Service was impeccable, quick and Javi took care of the small details really well.

Excellent service and great work. Javi’s came highly recommended and doesn’t disappoint. I had a new wheel built for my racer and the work is perfect. Javi’s workshop is tidy and calm and you get the feeling of calm fastidiousness. Happy to have found someone to trust with my bikes. Have had unlucky experiences with other shops in the past. I’ll 100% be coming back (despite Javi being on the other side of town from me).

I called a day ahead and was able to drop the bike off the next morning and collect that afternoon. Excellent service, bike running like new. Got a full description of what needed fixing when I got there, and all came at a very reasonable price. Friendly staff and very convenient location in the City. Will definitely be back!
