Other reviews do absolute justice for this gem of a bike shop. It's a family run place and the customer service is beyond great. I was caught short with a puncture on a bank holiday. Thankfully, they insisted I come in. They changed my inner in no time and diagnosed a problem with the gears that had been plaguing me and several other bike shops. The only change was for the inner tube replacement. I can't thank them enough.

I can't recommend K's enough. I've had my bike serviced a couple of times by K and his team, and it always comes back in incredible condition. I tried a different company recently, purely because of the convenience of getting my bike picked up, but today I returned to K because of some ongoing issues. Had an emergency, flat tire, and though the shop owner was closing the shop, he helped me out and put air in the tire for me as a favor and I took it back the next day and he promptly changed the tube for me and made a few other adjustments that he felt the bike needed, without extra charge. Service was very good and more importantly he is very knowledgeable about bikes and a perfectionist and will do his best for you.

First, I must thank K and his staff for their exemplary patience and willingness to listen to and accommodate a frequent visitor. I was in the process of building my own bike and I must've popped in the shop 3-4 times a week for almost 2 months asking for guidance and advice and each visit was greeted with courtesy and friendliness. I have bought my bike to K's twice now, and each time they have gone above and beyond whilst keeping my costs low. Each time they returned my bike, they had not only fixed the problem but had even done something extra. For instance, I recently bought it in for a brake repair, and when the bike came back, they had re-attached the handle bar covers which had been slipping. I didn't tell them about this issue and they didn't charge me for it. or even mention it. They are both really lovely people and very obviously take pride in their work. Outstanding service from K, who changed my road bike's rear derailleur, casette, chain, brake cable, trued the wheels and gave the whole bike a good check over and service for a very competitive price. He took time to explain everything he did carefully and also gave me a lot of handy tips for upgrading the bike and maintaining the parts. I've ridden about 100 miles on it since the service and it honestly feels like I have a new bike, it's the best service I've had in years. Very happy and will think about making it my regular bike shop even though it's a few miles away from my home!

My first visit to K's was for a full bike service a few years ago. This second visit was for new tyres. Both times the service has been friendly and very high quality, the advice always valuable and the cost very reasonable. I wouldn't go anywhere else for any bike needs. K is usually busy, so you might need to wait a few days till get a slot with him, but it is worth the wait.

This is by far the best bicycle repair shop I've ever been to anywhere in the world. Kleber is not just extremely good at what he does, he's also really thorough and you can tell he's not satisfied unless the bike is returned in the best condition possible. Got my bike back working as new, gears perfectly indexed and even a missing front wheel valve cap which was missing fitted. All of this for a decent price. Several people at ICC (Islington Cycle Club) use him regularly and that's how I heard about him. Now regularly cycle 8km from Hackney to use K's rather than my numerous local shops. Update on the review above. Took a second bike to K's (my tank of a commuter), which has to put up with all kinds of abuse, and K's service completely transformed the ride. Made me enjoy riding it again—despite it being by far the heaviest and lowest spec bike I own.

I don't write reviews but was just so impressed with the customer service and quality of the work undertaken by Kleber that I had to let more people know. Having completely bodged up trying to repair the gears on my bike myself I needed to get it looked at properly. Expected the condescending, patronising response that you usually get from bike shops after you have had a go yourself but Kleber's response was "No problem, I can fix that". And indeed he did and fixed a whole heap of problems with my bike at the same time to an exceptionally high standard and an unbelievably reasonable price.
