Took my bike to Malga Palazzo to get some new parts fitted and the service received was just fantastic, they even went above and beyond by correcting some other issues I was not aware of. Oscar and Julian were extremely welcoming, friendly and professional. I had the pleasure to be given a small tour of the shop and workshop, total transparency and great pride in their work. Amazing experience and great place for all sort of cyclists, couldn’t have made a better choice, will definitely come back.

Best workshop and bike shop in London. Oscar and Julian are very professional and work thoroughly. Oscar has the best hands in London by far. He converted my old rusty commuting bike in a serious bike for winter rides. I already booked an appointed to prepare my racing bike for next season! Exciting times!

Had a bike fit here with Oscar. Really excellent. Detailed, considered and very thorough. Oscar clearly has a fantastic depth of knowledge that he can tailor to the rider when making alterations, adjustments and recommendations. My riding position shifted considerably during the course of the fit, very much for the better. Would highly recommend.

I first took my S-Works Tarmac SL7 to Malga Palazzo for service. This bike is my pride and joy so I was after the best possible service. I had heard about Malga Palazzo and about Oscar, their head mechanic and ex-pro team mechanic. I couldn't be happier with the result , the bike now feels even smoother than when I first bought it 18 months ago. The service was second to none, the bike was ready the same day and the price unbeatable. I was so happy with the service that the next day I took my other bike (Cannondale SystemSix) for full service. The bike feels new again and the Chris King hubs of my enve wheels buttery smooth. Even more impressive, Oscar managed to re-route all the cables internally, something that cannondale didn't even do on my brand new bike, really impressive! Both Oscar and Julian are very professional and friendly. Highly recommended. 10/10

In a few words, Fantastic team and shop. I was super happy with both the quality of work done on my service, and with the extremely high level of customer service and communication provided by the team there. This is a stark contrast to certain more established shops in the area, and all I can say it is a breath of fresh air that this place has opened, and myself and my riding friends are all very relieved that we now have somewhere local of quality that we can trust with our bikes. I will be taking my bike back here for all future works, and could not recommend you do the same. Oscar and the team are provided detailed on-the-job feedback and took the time to not inly explain their work but send photos, and also notice other little bits of work which i hadn't.

I am very happy to have discovered this place. Since you walk through the door you already feel that they are different from the rest. They welcome you with kindness and sympathy, then they listen to you, advise you and help you with everything you or your beloved bike needs. And if that's not enough, the work they do is second to none. I arrived there with my bike that didn't work properly and when I picked it up...my bike flew!!! It doesn't matter if you love your bike or not (I love her 😍) she deserves the best and the best from today is Malga Palazzo!!!
