Proper bike enthusiasts and experts with a passion for what they do, Casey and Peri offer incredibly dedicated service, fair prices, and have a great sense of humour. I bought a second-hand bike off them and traded in my old one and the whole experience was easy and enjoyable from start to finish - it felt like how shopping should be. They were just pleasant people to spend time with, and gave the impression that nothing was too much trouble. They even gave me an in-depth tutorial on how to change tyres and inner tubes. I feel like this brand of personal service is increasingly hard to find and OMA are the kind of small business we all need to be supporting. The setup is a little unusual - they have several lock-up garages in a mews just off the Kings Road, so you'll be doing business outdoors rather than in a shop - but if it's a choice between a down-to-earth setup like this with fantastic service versus dealing with an inexperienced trainee in a big branch of Halfords, I'd pick OMA every time. I am delighted with my new bike, got all the accessories I needed, had a great time hanging out with Casey and Peri and learning more about cycling, and crucially came away with peace of mind about my purchase - they do everything above board, register you with the national bike register, and provide emailed receipts for card purchases (which you don't get when buying things off randomers on Gumtree, which can make getting insurance harder as you don't have formal proof of purchase). I can't recommend these guys highly enough and will probably never go back to a big chain of bike shops again now that I know OMA are just around the corner!

Also really friendly, helpful and answered all of my questions super generously and offered me great advice as a returnee cyclist. I visited again shortly after to have my U Lock fitted and they were able to sort it on the spot. Very friendly and knowledgeable people who go out their way to provide an excellent and valuable service. Really recommend visiting if you're looking for a new bike or advice/maintenance on your own. Can't go wrong!

The bike we bought for our daughter is in excellent condition, serviced really well (oil, tyres...). The advice we received was excellent! We followed OMA bikes’ guidance on how to teach our daughter to cycle, and it was spot on! She loves her new bike and we’re really happy about the service we received! My husband and I are now planning to buy bikes for ourselves in the coming year from there as the ratio quality/price is good. Bought a well-priced refurbished bicycle from Casey today. I couldn't have been happier with it and the experience, this is an excellent business. The bicycle was registered, the purchasing process was easy (from early deposit to meeting and testing the bike), and Casey is passionate about cycling in London. If you are interested in one of their bicycles, this is a no-brainer. I wish London had more businesses like this. 10/10

Its hard to miss the effort that Casey and Peri go to to help. We were new to the bicycle game and in looking for a cycle for our four year old, we found a genuinely nice way to conduct business. These people were full of knowledge & were extremely helpful. We were looking for a bigger bike for our 6 year old. Unfortunately, the bike was too big & rather than sell it to us anyway they told us it would be unsafe for him. I really aporeciated them being so honest despite the fact that it meant they lost a sale. They took our details & contacted us when a more suitable bike was available. We had already found a new bike by then but will definitely keep them in mind the next time we need new bikes.

Casey was very friendly and helped me a lot in my preparation for a bicycle trip to another country. Bike I bought from him, was registered and in quite a good condition. Their business model makes total sense and allow to reuse properly and put in appropriate condition any unwanted bikes. They help remove the biggest issues related to buying used by making sure all the maintenance is properly done and it hasn’t been stolen.

Found this place on google maps, nearest place to where I got my puncture. Directions take you to the gates of a private shared drive. Called the contact number (I was quite confused) and the man on the phone was able to assist me and he met me 5 minutes later. I was met by a very kind gentlemen, called Casey who led me through the gates to his garage, aka, his workshop. He replaced my tire swiftly and checked/pumped my front. The service was very good, he was very professional and the price was very good. Definitely would return.

Punctured in the Redcliffe Road and found OMA Bikes, not easy 'cos in a gated mews. Well worth it because, only having the cash for a patch, I asked for the tools. However Casey finished up doing the whole job, checking the outer and extracting glass. Also refused to charge for labour. A Great man and knows about bikes. Patch working well and saved on buying an inner.
