I contacted Gorge as last ditch attempt to get my bike serviced before leaving for NC500. He took the bicycle in the same day and had it ready in the evening. Service was quick, professional and what’s most important effective - I’ve not even had a single puncture during those 800km along Scottish hilly roads. Thanks George! Could not recommend higher!

Honestly I am so pleased with the service from On & On, above and beyond expectations. I suggested On & On to my Mum for the cycle lessons as she has been worried about cycling in central London, she came back riding with such confidence I couldnt believe it, she even tried to do a wheelie! Kudos! George has a lot of bike knowledge and is very professional but doesnt give off the snobby vibe you get from certain bike shops around London. Give him a go
